They cut off our electricity at Meadowlands zone 5 they don’t even care if there are people paying or not and they was a fee before they could reconnect and it’s been almost a month now yesterday at my black street there are 3 people who were screaming at night only to find out they are no more in the morning, if there were lights non of this would have happen and Eskom doesn’t care how they are aggravating crime and ****** in our peaceful hood, they promised people that they will switch on the power after they have paid but non of that is happening… then they expect Soweto community to vote for their political party we shall not and just know that we are not minority
I have made a cash deposit the ATM just went out of service it’s 3days later now and the amount I’ve made was my last money so the receiver was putting pressure on me I ended up borrowing money to pay the lady, the issue hasn’t been resolved 3 days later instead they sending messages only to the recipient why ? And why does it take this long for a bank to return or conclude such a simple transaction… I’m not happy and what’s worse the contact centre always say they still busy with the ticket the sms said 48 hours then the people say it’s 7 working days why are they not communicating with anyone? More especially the depositors because I’m the one who opened the incident ref

My query still not resolved "refund" very ****ed now I spoke to many people but people from the billing department at multichoice don't call their clients I need our subscription cancelled now... now yeses
I over paid my brother's Dstv account on the 20th of May, they have been sending me from pillar to post till today I have numerous names of people we spoke to sent required documents and all they do is tell us they will put us through the relevant department. I guess they stalling so they can pay the new month's premium... I'm so bored i wish someone can do their jobs properly
