Terrible experience, I will never ask anyone to buy services from that place.
They have the most pathetic call center. The attitude of most consultants is horrible. The relationship between MWEB and Vuma tell is only explained to a customer only when a customer has an issue. Their service consultant can't even tell a customer what is their SLA. As a Customer you are expected to wait for how ever long they take to resolve your connection issues. If you stay in areas like Khayelitsha you are *****ed to say the least. They do not have interest to serve you and they only rely on their out sourced service providers to check lines and outages. Their out sourced service providers even lies about why they took long to resolve an issue and Meweb including their parter Vuma believes their lies.
The services for this bus is beyond pathetic. I meant to be in EL Eastern Cape but here I am stuck after being left stranded by this company. This company has not regards for the emotions and convenience of their clients. Client were left unsafe with no one bothering to come and explain to us what was happening. We only received text after 3 hour post our departure time. They don’t even have a legitimate customer care services. Even the few numbers they have , they are not functional. This is a **** in my view. This company sir bus service should be investigated and maybe removed from offering transport services.
I received a call from this company with regards to my pacerl... They informed me to meet them at the nearest police station to get my pacerl. I refused to do that because I paid for this service.. if according to them it is dangerous to do door to door delivery why are they accepting business that sends them the dangerous areas thy claim...
I have a horrible experience with this business. At first I thought I have a business that will take care of my internet need. Little did I know that am putting myself up in contract that for such floppy service where in time you interact with any of the employees you could just feel that there is no sense of urgency? My dispute with company started with them deducting a debt order a day before I got paid. I signed a contract and I was specific on which day do I expect their debit order. I didn’t even know up until I was told by my family that they out of internet. I phoned them wanted to find out what was going on. That’s where I only leant that according to them it is because I failed to pay the DO. On top of that I was told that I need to pay more than my monthly instalment for what they call admin and DO fees. I refused until the admin fees was accredited and I still paid for the DO fees and few days later, they suspended my internet again. No communications and when I phone them am sent to post to pillar up until now. I had enough, I can’t be in such abusive relationship with a service provider as if I do not have a choice. I would not refer anyone into this business neverrrr my customer ID SIY003
