I made a review before and receive a message that someone will contact me to resolve my problem and till today nobody contacted me regarding my issue. I send them a mail to cancel my application and request a refund and even after this mail , still no reply from them. My question is are these people really interested in my business as they claimed?
I am dealing with a lady called Lusanda Phewa, when I app**** to be removed from Debt review. She was sharp , helpful and on the ball. Now everything came out as I did expect it from her. She made promises to me that I will be cleared after 4 to 8 weeks after the application, and after 8 weeks would be the 19th of December 2025. Today when I followed up to check if everything is still on track. Now it changed to 4 to 8 weeks after my first installment. My first installment was on the 29th of November 2025 ,that means I will only clear from Debt review latest 10 January 2026. Which was not as planned as I wanted to start a business and I promised my client that will be ready on 22nd of December 2025.Just because she did not played open cards with me and as discussed the 19th December a number of times , she never corrected me. Now I will not be able to pay the second installment as I can't start to work as planned. When confronted her about this issue, she sending from pillar to post and no one is getting back to me as I requested from her to ask her Supervisor to contact me. NCR CP8804 This is our NCR number
I received multiple free games from them and today I managed to won R700 plus, then when I want to withdraw the funds I was not allowed as they had plenty reasons why I can't withdraw the funds. Please delete your account as you will experience the same as I did.
Where do I Start. Bad service. Bad, please think twice before you decide to do business with them. There deposit is low but the service is not up to standard. First when I required about cars with them, I received wrong info of the cars. Then when I arrived the first time after arrangement was made. I must bring my wife with me to sign for the car. Then when we arrive the next day. The car I wanted was not fixed as arranged. Then I look for a different car. Then we had to wait almost 4 hours to get the contract sorted. Now 5 days later I picked up that the brake pads on the car I finished , we inform call centre and they told us that they can't do anything about it as we need to take the car back to Menlyn. I am staying in Edenvale which is plus min 45km away from me. Driving with no brake???? Really. Then I spoke to a guy called Trevor. First he gives me an attitude that I contacted him on his cellphone. And he also informed me to drive the car to Menlyn. When I asked him who will pay for my fuel as it is not my fault that the car brakes is finished as they were supposed to do a mechanical check before they release the car. He told me that ,that is not Planet 42 issue as the sales person is a third party who assists them to sell cars for them. My question is ,is the onis still on Planet 42 to get the car fixed or mine? They released a unroadworthy car to me. Am I correct? I believe the service I received is below the standard of any vehicle dealership in Gauteng and Pretoria. I really did expect better from a huge company like Planet 42. But it is shocking. Please help me if I am incorrect??
Not to be funny or anything but this is a company that makes South Africa's name bad. The customer service division is not existing. When you send them an email, they don't reply. When you phone them, they drop the phone in your ear. This is my story. I send a mail to them so that they can change my debit order date to the last day of the month as my salary is deposited into my account on the last day of every month. For the last 3 months maybe more, my internet connection has been switched off, when I phone them and had to wait longer than 10 min to get to a supporting person. I had to explain everything to them and then they switch it back on for the day and it happen again the following day that my connection has been switched off bare in mind the bank charges are coming to me as there are no funds in my acc till the last day of the month. Every time when I have to phone them I do get an " I am very sorry sir" but no one goes that extra mile to ensure that it does not happen again. In my conversation with the support lady, I requested that they must cancel my subscription and her reply is that I can only cancel it on the last day of the month and that I have to phone them again, What must I phone again? They must be mad if they think I am gone phone them again and again after I send several emails before. I will stop my debit order with them with immediate effect.
I went into the store at Cash Crusaders Edenvale today and I saw a broken guitar on the shelve and I report it to the sales lady on the floor. She asked me if I broke it and my reply was that I did not I saw it on the shelves like that. As I left the store the store manager Siboniso Khanyi called me back and accused me of braking the guitar and he will charge me for the broken guitar. My reply to him was to go and check your cameras and then you will see that it was not me. I also said if I broke the guitar would I report the broken guitar. The store was full of people and I did not like the way he handled this situation, he did not get his facts right in the first place , just accusing me for something I did not do. He went and had a look at the camera and came back to me and said the camera shows it was not me, but the damaged was done and the customers was looking at me as a criminal and I did not appreciate this.
