I have just spend 2 hours trying to get hold of Openserve. When I finally manage to speak to a human, I was informed that it will cost me 3000.00 to move the fibre box , and wait for it, 1 meter from it original space to a new space that is more sensible. R3000.00 to move a fibre box. SO now I am going to move this myself and I categorically state for he whole world to acknowledge that Openserve officially has been demoted to least favourable service provider. Or maybe they should fire the whole customer support department and start new.
I cancelled my subscription about 5 months ago and still they stole my money from my account. I know had to cancel my credit card to stop them from accessing my bank. Thi is a a huge ****ming and *****ulent company. With *********** people that can't perform the simplest tasks.
I don't even want to rate them. Their financial department is just the most *********** ever. They should all be fired and competent people that at least read must be appointed

This is now the 2nd time in a week that I ordered and have to wait for longer than 3 hours for the delivery. SO maybe this is not working for me anymore

A tree in the street, humongous actually was blown over in the storm in January. My Palisade fence was totally destroyed, I immediately reported the damage. An internal assessor arrived in his sleek BMW two weeks ago already and his report still is not done It seems that the consultants are totally overpaid and therefor the lack of paying out claims. I have to call every second day to find out what is going on No correspondence from the insurer.
During my move from Pretoria to Krugersdorp, my dishwasher was damaged. I reported the matter to management and send through the pictures. I was told that the matter will be referred to the claims department. After a week without any communication, I phoned and was in no uncertain terms told that I am trying to defraud them and that I am trying to claim for a dishwasher that was already broken. I insisted on a technician send out to my house to validate the situation. It is now another week later without any response fro them or communication as to whether they will send out a technician to inspect the dishwasher to validate my claim. WARNING- make sure that you do not trust this people. They have all the nice quotes and promises. Now it is just empty promises.
