They are very ***********. Once you place your order and pay you don't hear from them. They don't respond to your queries and worse of all they don't have a contact number where you can call to lodge your complaints or queries. Disgusting service.😡

I went to Clearwater mall Foschini yesterday as I needed to shop for an event and also my birthday is tomorrow. I was very undecided about what to get for the occasion, however I must say all the staff were so helpful and friendly. They assisted me cheerfully and made my day. Motherkind you are really kind.
I recently went on to order motherkind collagen which was on a good discount for black Friday. I had put my item in the basket and forgot about it. So Monday morning I went to purchase and noticed it was back to the normal price. I emailed motherkind asking about the special as I was disappointed and wanted the collagen for a long time but could not afford it. My email had an almost immediate response and they gave me the discount code with no hesitation. Thank you motherkind for being so efficient and thoughtful.

Ordered the ultrasonic mini washing machine 20 May 2021. I have sent multiple emails requesting updates on my order and i still have'nt received any response. Why must people scam and steal money ? This is disgusting.

TERRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS HORRENDOUS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE . I WOULDN'T EVEN WANT TO BE EMPLOYED BY THEM. DISGUSTING LIARS AND THIEVES. RIP OFFS...MY ROUTER HASN'T REALLY BEEN ACTIVE SINCE I RECIEVED IT, IT WORKED FOR 3 DAYS AND OBVIOUSLY ONLY 2HRS PER DAY AS I WORK AND LIVE ALONE. IT STOPPED ON THE SATURDAY 5TH AND NOW THEY INSISTING THAT 60GB WAS DEPLETED AFTER IT WAS CONFIRMED BY THE CONSULTANTS THAT ONLY THE PRO RATA DATA WAS DEPLETED AND THE 60GB WILL ONLY BE LOADED ON THE 01/07/21. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE WITHOUT THAT ALSO BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME PRIOR. THEY HAVE SENT ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT AND DEBIT ORDER BUT STILL WANT TO CHARGE ME.
