I have been a client since of betway South Africa for a few years now , last night I had an incident where funds where withdrawn from my account so I phoned to query this while I was querying this more funds were used to place bets I brought this to the attention of the agent assisting me and I was very casually told while on the call that sorry sir we can’t refund you the +-R400 that was just taken from the account , imagine a company that has no Client empathy for monies ****** from a platform that they should be safe guarding from incidents like this, however it seems like this is a norm with betway who just allow the theft to happen and then act like life should just go on , I am extremely disappointed with betway and i will be looking for another online betting provider where I would not have to worry about my funds being ****** from a so called safe betting platform , don’t make the mistake I made you will regret dealing with betway
I have been trying to get hold of someone for the past 2 days never have I received such service from a bank , imagine trying to report 2 transactions that went off your account can feel like waiting in a government department for help , other banks have a capability to reverse unauthorised transactions not this modern digital service provider
Wow , had the biggest wake up call why i should be changing my bank from discovery to any other bank i dont really care which bank to be honest . I have 2 accounts with discovery and both my cards have been damaged over a period of time now the main account doesnt tap so i really needed a card , i go onto the app and order both the cards at the same time , after ordering the cards i open my app and i get charged R200 per card now mind you this isnt any fancy account its purely a gold account . When i ordered the cards there was no amounts shown for replacing the cards . What i ******* to bank with this institute .
I am so disappointed in the service received from Steve Madden SA , when you have a brand that you really like and feel comfortable wearing their products you would naturally want to support them , i have always appreciated the Steve Madden Mens loafers and try and change mine every 2 years or so for the past 10 years this has been the norm for me , after visiting the Sandton City store and seeing that they dont have the style of loafers i want i decided to check online i eventually find the styling i want and then proceed to order it only to find out that they dont have my size available . I then email Steve Madden SA to enquire if they can assist me in getting the shoe i want in my required size and the 2 colors i am looking for , i get an email that reads like this : Good Day Thank you for your enquiry and Shopping at Steve Madden. Unfortunately, the shoes are sold out in the business. I do apologize. Now mind you this is an international company where you would expect world class service , this is just an email that basically says i am uninterested in helping you and your business isnt valued , i have dealt with woolworths where in the same scenario went way beyond in terms of assisting me to get the required item and yet Steve Madden who supposed to be abit more higher end cant do the same , i am so disappointed in Steve Madden SA i would never ever support them again and i would never buy anything made by the company , i would rather support ALDO who is abit more expensive but would appreciate a customer who wants to give them business and i am almost certain would give me better customer service .
If you would like to receive your order on time then i suggest you dont use this company i placed an order on the 19th of July 2024 today is the 25th of July 2024 , to date i have not received my order , there is a person Tumelo who was kind enough to call me and let me know the status of my delivery , after calling them today to enquire about my order which i was told will be delivered to me today and thats not the case it will only be here tomorrow so imagine waiting a week for something you ordered and the webiste says you can get same day delivery to which i wasnt expecting nor was i expecting a delivery 7 days after i placed the order , has a first time customer i wont be using this company again very disappointed with them
Yesterday i had a really horrible experience with Credit Salvage Corporation SA (Pty) Ltd and a specific consultant i left a complaint on hello peter and within an hour i received an email from the director , he then proceeded to guide me and provide me with advice without any cost , he has been in constant communication and even offered to look at my stuff in a years time . i would like to see this is very rarely seen in todays times it was quiet refreshing to see that some directors look out for consumers and just not the bottom profit line . Thank you Quentin i really appreciate it .
I would never recommend this company ever to anybody who needs assistance i went through the entire process signed all the documents only to be told that bank i use i cant be debited this is not a small bank or some fly-by night bank , i then proceeded to make arrangements to have another account debited to which that was declined , i then went on to make a scheduled payment that was also declined , Sindile was extremely unhelpful no customer service skills not willing to assist the me in anyway only option he gave was pay the full amount i am not sure how this company is in business because i dont think they want to assist prospective clients its either a take it or leave it attitude .
Firstly whoever is the manager at the woolworths store in Sandton City please make Sylvia from the menswear division a customer service ambassador if there was more stars i would give her more but there is only 5 , today i went to the store looking for a specific golfer that i couldnt find elsewhere , i asked Sylvia if she can assist she went above and beyond went to the store room came back she couldnt find anything then she came and checked the system and it said the store had 5 of them she then asked me to go complete what i had too and then come back to the store , i was literally 5 mins earlier than agreed and here is Sylvia smiling and handing me the Golfer i was looking for .
I have been trying to contact this company for 2 days now you get a response from their complaints team and then you play a waiting game with them , the call center number does not allow to speak to an agent all it does is give you voice prompts and more voice prompts , the service levels are absolutely terrible even the complaints team doesnt care to assist you . Dont use them if you would like to have good service from your provider you will be disappointed .
I have been trying for more than a month to register for the upcoming semester and to date i am unable to get the assistance i require the student advisors have a don't care attitude you wait about 3-5 working days for a response and then they are so *********** you get told to re-register for the same course you already registered for they accept you for the wrong courses for an educational institution there level of competency is really questionable and for the customer service is the worst that you would experience for an institution that is heavily priced you would expect good service you don't get what you pay for . if there was an option for no stars i would have used that
