I currently do not have an account with Telkom since August. I went to the store and they assured it was cancelled. I am still getting invoices from them to pay when I don’t use them as a network. Please help me.
I am paying a subscription of 658 for compact plus and I pay that monthly the agent is I just spoke to told me the subscription is 620 on top of that I paid 658 Friday my account is suspended and I’m told that I have 3 insurances that I never signed up for now when I call them they said I need to pay an additional 400 and something that’s basically 1000 please help me report dstv this is a ripoff and I’m merely just a pensioner.
Telkom is really an unreliable network provider they have suspended my account 3 times this year and I am told to wait 72hours to fix. I am a remote worker and having no network connection really affects my targets at work. I am only bound by contract.
Good Morning I need some assistance with Vumatel I paid installation fee on 26 June 2024 the and they advised they would come that same weekend to install it, no one showed up. I escalated again they called and advised they would come and again no one showed up I have been sending emails and chatting to their useless bot on watsapp and following up with the agent that assisted me she also doesn’t know what is going on. I need assistance and we need internet acces.Even last week the vumatel came to install at my mum’s friend who app**** way after her , my mum asked them to assist her they told my mother they won’t be able to assist her, which didn’t make sense. This is the reference number they gave me after payment was made, 164125178. Vumatel doesn’t understand business and doesn’t take care of its clients. I have basically paid for a service that I haven’t received we approaching month end now and still nothing. Please advise me on how I can go about this as I’m really just helpless.
I am a remote worker and today to my surprise both my telkom accounts are suspended. I called in the call centre they advised me to go to the branch. I did that the agent also didn’t understand the rest behind the suspension. I was advised to wait 36hours but I have to work as I’m a remote worker. My account is paid on time monthly and no outstanding balance. I’m outraged and have no internet access to work.
Good Day I currently stay at Parkville Place Eco Estate in Buccleuch. The flat had some leaks which left horrible maron the ceiling, the bathroom ceiling is peeling off and mould is developing everyday. I have reported this and a man was sent to have a look and take pictures but even nothing has been done. I sent out emails but they not responding anymore. Please help me my bathroom embarrasses can’t even have guests over because of this.
I am having a huge problem with cartrack upon singing a contract with them for my car. I was told to make a pro rata payment which I made and sent emails to various people (3 email addresses to be exact)working there providing them with the proof of payment. The payment was made on 27th of May 2021 already but I am still being harassed about it even today. I find myself explaining myself over and over again they called me Saturday and said they have received it and will sort it out but just now i got a call regarding payment. Please assist me as I fear should I encounter issues or problems with my car they might say they can’t assist me because I did not pay when I actual fact I paid.
