It's been months, weeks,days and most of all hours speaking Wendy Samie the TSRF claims administrator regarding WS 51496653 S Moloja 13636 31/8/2022. This lady keeps on requesting things she already has in her position for seek of delaying the payout, my biggest problem is when they had the deal with the employer, the employee was not present and all decision where made on his behalf without being involved. But come claim process the employee has to be the one running around like a headless chicken acting as a mediator between the 2 holding the payout. My biggest worry is if the employee contract was terminated by the employer why is so difficult for the pension fund hold to just payout because they know who terminated the contract and when was it terminated. I mean they know ex employee is no longer receiving or getting any financial assistance anywhere but they expect calls, email for follow ups, I the hell should or will one do follow ups without funds in their pocket ? You asked for bank statement and ID copy and they where forwarded to you, as per your email kindly release the funds.
I wonder how long does sanlam take to pay the provided fund, it's been 4 months an counting now yet no one is responding. It's been 10 days since we have been trying to log a funeral claim but till todate we are being taken up an down. Being told stories that the policy is nolonger active however on the paysheet of the client still appears. We have tried to be patient with your company but the service we receiving is not worth our patience. I have forwarded numerous emails but clearly our request is not being attended to. it`s highly impossible that when someone goes to sick leave, they go with people`s claims and have to wait for her to be well and fit to come back to work so then they can be attended to. There is no way I managed to get hold of the deceased`s company but your company is having problems of getting hold of them for outstanding documents, its highly impossible and the worst part is documents are already in your position but they went to sick leave.
