his company will ruin us financially. I have an account with Connect Financial Solutions through a revolving account with Hi-Fi Corporation. In September I paid a lot of money towards my account but I was still debited for R2400. This is despite the fact that I only had R1500 outstanding which was not in arrears. I don't understand how do you debit someone for more then what they owe. Furthermore, the debit order was too high when compared to my balance. I requested for a refund and I was told 7-14 days. After 14 days I called again only to find out that a refund was never lodged in the system. They did me dirty again in October. This time they debited me for R900 when my outstanding balance was just above R1500. I have never heard of an account that gets debited more then half of the outstanding balance when the account is not in arrears. I complain again only this time I am told that this is a revolving account so no refund or money reversal. Yet just last month I got one. I am really tired of them. There is nothing more frustrating then having a debit order that is unexpectedly high. My next stop is the ombudsman. I have not received the contract I requested a week ago

I had a positive experience with the Discovery Insure Retentions department. Shamanie Naidoo really came through for me and replied to all my queries. Great work.
I have not received my policy for days now since I took the policy. I have been trying to call but I keep being put on hold. I have spent over 500 rands on call bills. I now want to cancel but I am still not able to speak to a consultant! Don't take it!
