Spoke to Clementine from Car track to book my car in for Tracker device. was told I must wait 10 am to 4pm. I am a business person so I have appointments. Need a fixed time. I was then told I can book at 8am. And asked her to confirm appointment. Clementine confirmed appointment at 8am. No show Waited until 10.30.am. Poor service and frustrating !!! No respect for customers time. At 9.30 still no technician Book appointments and no one arrives. Slack service form Cartrack.
I booked accommodation with Africa Stay. Worst experience of my life. After a hard year of work. Saving every cent for a vacation. I was messes around from the start. I booked the accommodation at a resort in Zanzibar called Azoa. I had to pay R10000 deposit which I paid. The booking was made. One mnth later I recieved a call from there agent saying the accommodation is no longer available. This is now going on end November where now I must panic for accommodation as it's peak season. The agent then referred me to Bela Vista Nightmare!!!! He told me that this is a 4 star. Well organized hotel that is central and I will get full board at same rate. He said it was a great location. Huge disappointment . We arrive at this resort, No reception. A register and A counter. No security gate. Just a rondavel with a register. I was convinced I was at the wrong place. I asked for the manager. The manager introduced herself She then tells me I was only expected to check in next day. Has only 1 room. She then put us in a room. No water.. No power. Door did not lock. Room was reaking of new cement. Sand from cement on beds. No blankets but a sheet. Only 1 double bed that I had to share with my 19yr son. I had told agents that it was 2 beds. After a long flight I was exhausted!! Arrived at this run down, dirty hotel. This is not a holiday! It was a nightmare!! Based at the bottom of island in a fishing location. No security! We felt totally unsafe. I reported it to Africa stay. The agent spoke to manager. The following day. I was moved to another room. Room was better. But definately a 2 star. I was taken for a ride with Africa stay This room was clean and better. Only to find. No power at night. No aircon working. The power went out at 10 pm. Causing glitches on aircon through out the night. The 2nd evening not being able to sleep. Exhausted! The food at the resort was disgusting. The location is fat from all tourist destinations. Travel is expensive due to this. After the 3rd day my son fell sick from food. And I had to book a flight back home. I booked a transfer to airport. Which did not a arrive. Totally disgusted at there response to my experience. Paid R70 000 for a disaster!! The photos on the sire are nothing like the rooms. False advertising. All inclusive meals. Full package - only to find a buffet of fish. Veg. Pasta daily. Food was disgusting Once I returned home. I sent a email to Afrca stay. There response not dealt with as if I the customer was at fault! The company made our I was the issue. This is a concern and is in process of being dealt with.
I requested a reprint from the Store Manager.. Refused to assist me. Then requests proof when I lost the receipt. How ridiculous. It's been 1 week and still waiting I then call Head Office to request help. No assistance!! Shocking service!!! I need the owner of Banbury Crossing Debonairs to assist!! The service is disgusting and I won't support Debonairs after this
Vodacom Fibre..still no response. No communication. No Fibre for 2 weeks. Vodacom does not respond to calls or complaints. Fibre down 2 weeks. Useless!!! No service!! I left calls daily and they still have not responded. Do not support this business as the don't look after there customers!!
Useless!!! Waisting your money!! Vodacom fibre makes you wait weeks before fixing your fibre!!! No service! No priority!! Still waiting after 1 week!!!!! This is the 2nd time it has happened and another week of no network! This kills your business!! Do not sign anything with Vodacom!!!
Vodacom fibre does not get back to there clients. I have been waiting over 1 week for my Fibre and still nothing done. There is no service Do not sign up as there is no service!! Useless!!
ONCE AGAIN. Reporting the inconvenience of Vodacom fibre. Worst Service ever experienced in Networks. My Fibre has been down for 2 weeks now. No service. So I refused to pay for a service im not receiving. Canceled. Then to be told I will be blacklisted if I don't pay end of month. For no service. I then called the customer care. To be told I must await technician. I am still waiting. Nothing was repaired to start off with. There is no service yet we pay. Was told claim down time days. This is truly Robbery
I can not Believe it is impossible to cancel your contract at Virgin Active. I have been billed in a pandemic even after contract ended. Impossible to get through to them to resolve matters.
Vodacom has no service when it comes to Fibre. When the Towers went down. My fibre was effected. It has been almost 2 weeks and no service. No contact from Vodacom. I refuse to pay a service that I do not get. This is the second time. The previous time. I waited 1 month before getting any service. I called over 20x and no Joy. Paying premium fibre yet get no service. This is not what I expected from such a large Corporation.
