I am unable to cancel my account prior to the payment date, which is on the 1st of the month. I understand that the cancellation deadline is the 15th of the month and there are no exceptions to this rule. I am relocating to Knysna, and my current package will no longer be in use. Unfortunately, I must pay R2000 for the internet services that I will not be utilizing, in addition to a cancellation fee for the promotional router. I feel disappointed with the lack of empathy displayed by the service provider, especially when attempting to transition to another Afrihost package that would generate the same revenue. It seems that they are more concerned with maximizing profits than providing quality customer service.
faulty website stay away. some of the "activity" information does not apply to you. They deducted cash immediately, the pay later option is excluded for south africans even know the website says otherwise.
Ill give you guys 5 stars if you will please cancel my rain subscription. I cancelled it last month, but i still got billed the full amount in this month. I also expect a refund, unless theres something im missing here.
Ordered the enchanted rose 3RD of feb. Its been 3 weeks and i still havemt received it, i also paid more money for the so called "express" option so that it would be on time for valentines.... Highly recommend to stay clear from this business.
Chose the rain unlimited 5G package. Tried to cancel the subscription a month ago, but got no reply. Tried to cancel it again - no reply. They have no contact Centre to call either. The payment is on my credit card so I can't block it either. Please help!!!
