I have subscribe for R11. 90 find my phone but the next day they debit R585. 00 from my account of capitec now I can't reverse it mobefind is a **** I want my money back
Am so disappointed in bathu since well is an south African business I thought we should all support but it keeps dissaponting I bought 2 pair of somizi kids bathu on the 24 of November 2022 and only receive 1 on the 20 of December after so many calls I have made to them.They only told me about the other pair when I call that is sold out so I changed the colour only to receive that 1 the other 1 I hvnt receive even 2dy have been trying to call them since the 2nd of Jan with no luck their customer service are so unprofessional thy will be talking to others while u tlk to them or tell u their systems is off they will call u after 30mins and will nvr do tht am so disappointed realy.
Bought the dress which came then thy r so urgly and big so I send them email informing them to return then thy advise me to buy return and exchange label which I did with my own money till 2dy am still waiting for courie to came and collect this return but nothing when I call them thy say thy will call the courie but dnt come bck to me 2dy I call them the lady was like I cnt hear u then drop my call I call again same thing I send number of emails still nothing,
Today I check my Mr price statement only to find out tht I owe R500 for RMCS which I don't know anything about I tryd calling them to inform them abt that amount which I dnt knw thy dnt wnt to listen to what am saying thy r saying myb its a revise payment from my back even thou I e pain that I was owing R16.99 for that month now my statement says I owe R 994 which was suppose to be R394 only which I bought on the 23/06/2021 for online, I dont know any RMCS amount of R500 which is in my account,RMCS is a scam tht is going around and our accounts are allowing it and think thy know sometime abt it I dnt hv any policy or their airtym Sim card any I dnt wnt them but if it is like this will end up not having this accounts cos thy scan us.
It's for the second tym I write because they don't respond and I know them like that I bought swim suit on the 08 of December 2020 order number was RS1189 R899 even 2dy thy r still taking me up n down for my Refund who ever I talk with will guarantee that am in good hands will get my refunds reliable online store is so bad I wnt recomment any1 to buy from it, thee bad experience ever when I send them email they dnt respond but when u say u want to buy the respond that shop is so bad.
Reliable online store has been the bad experience ever I brought things to them last year around December 2020 till today 17 June an still sending emails to them for my refund the r taking me ups and down 2 weeks back thy hv respond my emails tht the person who was busy with my order is no longer working thr and will tk my matter to the relevant person within 5 to 10 days will be getting my refund after 15 days I ask them y hvnt thy refund me the Regina ward again said she has taken my matter to the manager so am asking my self y cnt thy refund me cos thy hv fail to deliver what I hv brought 7 months ago. No 1 must buy from that shop the are frausts.
