Generally very good, but my recent experiences have been very bad. I ordered earphones and I received a **** sports watch. I returned that and received the earphones that I ordered, they were probably the worst quality product I have ever received. They were falling apart while I was opening them. I sent these back and spent extra on Genuine Samsung earphones. These arrived today and they were cleverly packaged Chinese ****s. The sound was terrible. I know that Takealot had an efficient returns process, but I am on my 4th issue. The time wasting is tremendous. Up your game ***s. Standards are slipping.
I bought a white Hyundai 2018 i20 just before lockdown. I have just had it serviced. When I went to collect it, a large patch of paint had peeled off. I was told that this was a fault of certain i20 models in white and silver and that they would repair it on May 16th. This would take "a few days" let's say a week. When I asked for a courtesy car. The company flat out refused. The blame was placed at Covid. This is after the national state of emergency surrounding the pandemic has been lifted. I told them I was self employed and that a week without the car is a week without earning. They didn't care one bit.
We have received shoddy, dismissive service from the iStore. We have a very expensive Apple watch that has simply died after 18 months. Their help or assistance in this matter has been amateurish at best.
The new version of the DSTV Now App is absolutely diabolical. For a company that prides itself on technological know how, this new version is quite simply an embarrassment. Please boys and girls, and say that with emphasis, because ladies and gentlemen would be doing a proper job, get your house in order.
My son, who is a student, saved his money bought an apple watch. He was not offered the extended warranty. The watch stopped working with no accidental damage. This is clearly a manufacturer fault. The watch stopped working six months out of guarantee.
This company operates out of legal parameters. They operate heavy machinery and carry out construction after hours. They also do not operate under strict covid regulations
This club closed. Before they did, I asked them to remember to cancel my membership. They are still taking their money from my account. I want this stopped. This is fraud.
I have been a Cell C customer for 20 years. I put myself into debt review three years ago and I am successfully managing all my accounts now and things are getting better. I received my upgrade two years ago while being on debt review, but this time around, after the instrument I received from them died, they have decided that I will not be eligible for an upgrade. My accounts are up to date and have been for 20 years. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
