Fantastic service from We Buy YOUR Car
I think that this fantastic company loses out on business because it's advertising and marketing are not as good as We Buy Cars. I can't comment on We Buy Cars because I haven't used them, but We Buy YOUR Car is incredible. From start to finish it was an absolute breeze selling both mine and my wife's car to them. They did everything that their website says they do - unlike so many other companies. Their guy came over the next day, he arrived on time, he evaluated the cars and he made offers on the spot. Having done our research we knew that the offers were fair - in fact they offered more than we expected them to. Once we accepted their offers, We Buy YOUR Car paid us there and then, and they handled everything - all the admin of de-registering the cars, etc. This actually happened over a year ago, but we still can't believe the TRULY fantastic, professional and friendly service we received. So we highly recommend We Buy Your Car. Trying to buy a car FROM them doesn't seem to be as simple, but we're still early in the process.

Shockingly BAD SERVICE from CMH Pinetown
I went through the entire process of buying a car from CMH Pinetown. This took about 2 weeks. I had reluctantly agreed to pay more than the price indicated on their website because they said an oil leak had been discovered and that they would get it fixed, and because I needed them to handle the licensing and registration. After some days, CMH Pinetown said that the oil leak had been fixed, the licensing and registration was done and that everything was now ready to proceed, so we agreed upon a delivery date. Then, the day before the car was going to be delivered, I received the following literally shocking and surely utterly unacceptable, email: "Good day Sir. Thank you for taking my call earlier on, I just spoke to my manager just to double check if all is in order. He just put into my attention that the Price of vehicle has been change due to work that’s been done. The car drive like brand new now and its in a mint condition you will love it. Full service been done 4 brand new tyres. The car is now R20K more but if you can come up with R10K more the car will be your we will pay other R10k for you because the original price has change sir. Please let me know your thought, Also receive bank details attached" Needless to say I replied that I never requested 4 brand new tyres, nor a full service, nor anything else that was not already agreed upon, and that if they insisted that I pay ANOTHER R10,000 extra to buy and receive the car I would take my business elsewhere. But CMH Pinetown did not even bother to respond.

Help!! Rain isn't letting us cancel our subscription!!!
So Rain promised to cancel our subscription and simcard as soon as we got fibre internet. There was no other way of cancelling the subscription with our Takealot simcard for Rain. Rain were very responsive until now, but now that the time has come to cancel our subscription they have disappeared and are suddenly not responding anymore. So now we are paying double for our internet! Please help!!

Unable to cancel Amazon Prime Video!!
I am trying to cancel Amazon Prime Video but there is no way to cancel it. I have tried everything. Amazon does not recognise my subscription, so I can't sign in, watch videos or cancel!!! - without creating a new account and giving my credit card details again!! Amazon Prime Video is deducting R89 a month from my credit card, so I can't stop the payment. Please help!!!

Unable to cancel Rain 4G service!!!
I chose Rain's 4G service. The simcard was delivered. Been trying to cancel the subscription because fibre is finally in my area, but there is no reply to messages and no contact centre that answers. I pay Rain by credit card so I can't block payment. Please help!!!
