Extremely disappointing claims experience. This claim is still ongoing, 4 months after accident, today they are trying to **** me again by saying that the car had a pre existing electric module issue, but when i contacted the panelbeaters who actually assessed the car, they did not observe this issue, so how did they pich up this "Pre existing issues" when they are not the ones who assessed the car, also my sun visor was an issue right after my accident and they also say its not accident related and yet the assessors who assessed the car picked it up the very day i took car to be assessed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY, I CANT WAIT TO CANCEL AND POST IT ON MY TIC TOCK AND INTA STORIES OF THE **** OUTSURANCE IS, I had a an accident with my Vehicle on the 14th of Feb 2024. I Decided to log a claim, their website enables you to log a claim and give brief description of accident as well as give sketch of accident damages and also give name of 3rd party - All which i supp**** so they could fact check the info. Outsurance then comes back telling me that the accident damages were under my excess and said damages they assessed came to (R3000+), to my shock, when i had taken the vehicle for assessment at 2 of their recommended panelbeaters the assessor both quoted me in the region of R20 000 + for the damages, so my question was why the glaring disparity?.. When i enquired, they then told that the assessor says the description of my accident is contradictory to what i wrote on the brief summary - When i enquired as to what exactly contradicts - they have failed to give me an explanation. I went on to advise that the description i have was a summary because one can only describe so much in writing but the reason i went to the assessor and spent over 30 minutes with him going through each and every detail was to leave no room for doubt. Only to hear that the assessor who actually saw the car and got my full verbal description is actually NOT the one who gave a report, they appointed another assessor who didn’t even see the car to make a false analysis, furthermore, i supp**** them with the details of the third party that hit into me and only to find out he was never contacted TODATE, now they are telling me that the car seems to have existing damages - they are not explaining how they arrived at this analysis. 1)3rd party cell number and number plate was provided ( So how do they say car already had existing damages if there is evidence that i was actually hit into) 2) Why was another assessor appointed - one who had not even seen the car? Why was the the actual report of the assessor who did actually see the car not the report considered? 3) Wasn’t the reason i was sent to an assessor to inspect the damages part of you trying to get facts, why did you expect me to write a whole thesis on description when i was able to explain and even demonstrate the way accident happened in person to the assessor who SAW my car. And worse off, its been almost a month and issue is not yet resolved. Terrible insurance company, looking at cheap ways to get out of paying claim. Definitely cancelling claim and i warn anyone reading, sign up with this sham at your own risk, even when i went to the panalbeatesrs, most said they don’t work with OUTsurance due to their shoddy dealings…Beware.
I visited their Midas Bram Fischer randburg branch and was assisted by a gentleman called BRIAN He was so helpful, not only assisted me in identifying the best part for my BMW but went far and above the call of duty to assist me in getting it installed as well. Exceptional consideration for clients needs and excellent service delivery. I recommend this brunch and Brian's amazing service.. He deserves a promotion :)

A bunch of scammers. They have been deducting money from my pretending that i am well covered under debt review, only for standard bank to suddenly advise me that they have not been getting money from me since june and i now have to either apply for a CCA or risk legal implications. The worst company, never ever use them as they will steal from you and land you in more problems, rather go straight to your bank for assistance.
After signing with debtco in March 2021, They promised to negotiate my monthly instalments to R4000+-, once i gave the go ahead, they came back saying, i need to increase by R200+- which i agreed to (even if that was not what i signed up for). Over 2 months into the agreement they come back AGAIN telling me i need to increase it to another R800, i advised it was hard for me to do at the moment and they kept on advising me that they will speak to Std bank etc, last they advised that matter will be given to magistrate and a sabelo guy would advise me on what the magistrate advises me to do going forward..Now i get an email from std back attorneys saying i am in 3 months arrears with std bank,(The entire duration of my contract with debtco - what were they doing with the money they were deducting from me then ?? for me to be in R15000+- arrears)..And apparently my contract was terminated end of June 2021 and no one told me and still went on to deduct monies for July instalments. What a crocked way to handle business, very disappointing.. These guys have given me one of the worst customer experiences i have ever had. Their consultant Shayim has been so unprofessional and unresponsive and does not even take accountability for her tardy,lackluster poor performance. I have been calling their offices non stop and its obvious their phone is being dropped, and yet when they try and sign you on they call you every hour. They even gave me whatsap numbers, which now they drop after i signed. I wish i had come to this site way before signing cause i am highly disappointed.. Ver unprofessional
Refund request still not resolved over a month since query was logged, not one person has gotten back to me. I was told that a manager named Nomathamsanqa would contact me the very same day, its been 3 days and not 1 consultant has ever contacted or gotten back to me.. Rubbish service, actually service non existent.
In February 2021 I got a message for pay 1 month and get 2 months free, I subscribed, only to have showmax debit my account from February till June my account has been deducted, I lodged a complaint for a refund on the deducted amounts, Its been 3 weeks of nothing being done, no feedback no refund, Terrible service, I should have just stayed with netflix.
