Fedex at its Worse

Terrible service - no email address to query, no telephone number to query. The 0800 numbers either are none Not in Use or they are totally animated - no human to talk to. I took a document to Post Link Kleinmond to delivery to UK. Post Link created a label and swore that it was collected by Fedex. Fedex still have it showing as at Kleinmond Post Link 13days later? Now how are you supposed to get hold of this company to query the problem.

Aftermarket Accessories Haval

After calling 5 Haval Dealerships, both in the Cape and in Gauteng, I am yet to find a photo or a catalogue or brochure of any Haval accessories. Yes, we can buy them from third parties, but not one dealership has them in stock or even a photo. I am looking for a Haval H6 rubber boot mat. All the agencies will order one for me, but they cannot give me a picture of one. What kind of service is this, surely a dealership which is growing so fast, should have a list with pictures of aftermarket products for your vehicle. Extremely disappointed But LOVE my car!

Excellent Service

Tamlyn Mostert is a star. Such efficient service and extremely fast. Was paid out my Vet bill within 48 hours. I even received an electronic get well card from Dotsure for my furbaby - Harley the cat! So kind and thoughtful.

Excellent vehicle service. But you enjoy an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff are extremely friendly and bend over backwards to solve any problem and make you feel comfortable. From complimentary coffee to free transport, etc nothing is to difficult for them. You are kept abreast of your vehicles service as well.
