I started my Vip experience on 16 Oktober 2025 with them, was very excited. They debit order went off, not on the date that I agreed on but earlier. It is 27 November and my package is still not here. No number is working, emails after how many, new promises are made but still debit order will go off. You can keep you products I want my money back and debit order stop. I will take my skin to someone else.

Fix db box wires
Today I will give more then 5 star for this company. I'm in process of getting a court oder to get bad tenants out. The tenant removed all my db box wires there was no power in the property, and a cried rivers today, this people came out immediately to come to my rescue. I told them i don't have the money, I only have this amount, i wanted to show them my account is that amount. They told me no don't want to see it. They fix my db in 2hours time perfectly, no struggle work the 1st time the switch the power on. Best service I've got today. I can sleep perfectly tonight. Thank for you and your team.

Mondo upgrade and new cell phone contract
My 1 data sim was over due for upgrade, in less than 10min my sim was upgraded with out any hassle . No standing in queue and take the risk of getting covid. The new contract was also done easy over the phone. Phone was delivered in a week. I had a great experience with them.
