Rusternburg office - Unprofessional and bad service
Bad experience and service with Rusternburg office. There is this Dorothry who is very unprofessional, dishonest and always with empty promises. never did what they promised to do and now they are ignoring my emails.

Poor service - 2 to 3 days false & scam
Very unreliable and poor service. Their 2 - 3 days is a scam and false. still waiting for the parcel since 16 November 2022.

Car Insurance claim
Worst experience ever, not insurance to rely on. looking for any thing to use for rejecting the claim. Took 2 months to process the claim, no go area for King price if not ready and prepared to take them on. There is this Dirk C Human, very disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. When i ask about the progress, he will literally lie. I lodged a complain with the complains department and nothing happened till to date. This a scam, be ready to taken them to the Ombudsman or legal representative.

Terrible dealership with poor service
Submitted the warranty claim on March 2021, had to follow it up untill i contacted ford sa in August 2021 and that's when the claim to assessed. Pictures were requested from me which i sent them and those pictures were used to reject the claim, after informing them that am taking the matter to the ombudsman, they then approved the claim.
