I wanna report the pathetic service given by one of the service agent Chantel at BB auto Ford galactic Polokwane branch. She was rude to me and not only me as I saw her being rude to other customers while waiting for the delivery car. She told me of cleaning my brake pads for R4499.00 as they have dust while my car is still within the service plan and the way she was explaining it to me, I did not like it.

I bought a Ford Bakkie from BB Group Mahindra in Polokwane in October 2023. in the first month of having it the problem started and the bakkie started to leak oil. I contacted them they came collected the bakkie and fixed it. Then that was when all problems stated the bakkie started to leak again and again and again. I asked them so many times to cancel the deal or replace the Bakkie and it is a year later now the make silly offers and said i must trade the bakkie and they will pay an amount silly amount. They gave me an option to replace and i said ok what do you have I have a double cab 4x4 with canopy and everything they offer me a double cab no canopy not 4x4 and say this will work for me I don't need a 4x4. then i said ok get me something with 4x4 and i said an ford everest and they said ok then after that they said they have to buy one from their other dealers and they will not do it as then it is risk for them. If they have to cancel the deal they say the will claim use of goods from me at R4,40 per kilometer I mean I pay the bank every month I reported everything to them before the first 3 months and this is the service I receive now after they agreed to replace and now that they cant fined a suitable replacement give me this. O yes and with this I had to tell them that the vehicle was in an accident this after we found the keyless entry not working and found over spray on the wiring harness o yes that proves the inspection they do (Pre inspection on DEKRA or 100 point inspection) that is a small thing they should have picked up so what ells do they hide. And still Keyless entry not fixed oil leak still not fixed Now they say open a case at the Motor industry Ombudsman

The dealership doesn't even deserve a rating, I have received the worst service ever. Been taking my car for service since 2022 and had complaints which were never resolved till today . Ford polokwane give your customers the service they are paying for!!!!

As easy as it is to lodge a complaint, it is that easy to also log a compliment. I got the best yet service from Moipone the service advisor at the dealership and I ended feeling bad seeing how much work she had to do until the end. Going the extra mile without complaining, keeping her smile on despite how hard she had it and ensured a favourable outcome in servicing my vehicle, this lady is a true ambassador of customer service. It's services like this that will always result in more sales and customer base growth.

BB Ford Polokwane has given me the most poorly and unfairly service I have ever received from any company. Below is what has happened: On the 21st of December 2021, my Ford Focus ST was towed to BB Ford Polokwane due to clutch plate failure. It has been in the workshop for 4 days without receiving any update, until I initiated the call to check on the progress. I was told, only then that they run with skeleton staff and it will be attended soon. To cut my frustrations short, three weeks later it was eventually fixed and costed me total of R51 000.00. I collected the car around 17:00, the same day of collection I was stuck in Polokwane around 19:00, just after 2 stops - the car couldn't start at all, not even cranking. Unfortunately, due to after hours, I couldn't reach anyone at the dealership and I had to make means of where to sleep In the morning the following day, the technician was assigned to have a look at the car where it was stuck. First attempt of starting the car, it started. However, I insisted to take the car back to the workshop to have it looked thoroughly (I stay 75km from Polokwane, I was avoiding experiencing the same thing at home). In less than 10 minutes, the manager came to me and said is the battery failure (without testing the battery itself). Well, due to avoid experiencing the same thing ever again, I bought the new battery and drove home. I got home and the following day the car couldn't start. I called the dealership to send the technician or tow the car to the workshop, they have eventually sent the truck to tow the car (I was told I will have to pay the expenses if they find out the problem is not theirs - in desperation I agreed) They had a look at the car and I was told the issue is with the "starter motor", I tried to fight the costs, explaining that I brought the car into the workshop and the "starter motor" was functioning perfectly fine, why would it start not functioning same day of collecting the car? "You know how it goes, it is always hard to win the fight against the dealerships". They made me pay plus/minus R5 200.00, on top of the R51 000 that I have paid for clutch plate. They agreed to not charge me for labour and towing costs, only for the new starter motor. I personally feel like they have touched the starter motor wiring while fixing the clutch plate, flywheel & gear box, and that resulted in starter motor malfunctioning, hence the car couldn't start the same day of collection. I am disappointed in the dealership for not taking accountability of their own mistakes - there is no way I could bring the car in with something functioning and get it back with it malfunctioning.

Contacted Ford Polokwane (Galactic Auto) with a tedious request for a service history on an 11 year old vehicle's service history. I chanced upon a service advisor named Rochelle who helped me immediately with this thankless (profitless) task, and being as happy as you like to be doing it. I tip my hat to you girl. I hope the dealer holds on to this one.

I WAS IN A PROCESS OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE ON THE 28TH AUGUST 2021 WITH BBFORD (used) POLOKWANE. I WAS REQUESTED TO MAKE AN R18.000.00 DEPOSIT, WHICH I PAID INTO THEIR ACCOUNT AND THE SALES PERSON BY THE NAME OF THABISO WHOM I WAS CHATTING TO PROMISED TO DELIVER THE CAR THE SAME DAY THAT I PAID THE DEPOSIT. AND HE NEVER DELIVERED THE CAR AND PROMISED TO DELIVER IT IN MAFIKENG AND I WAS NOT HAPPY BECAUSE HE PROMISED TO DELIVER THE CAR THE SAME DAY, HE NEVER UPDATED ME REGARDING THE UNTIL I DECIDE TO CALL HIM, HE SAID WE CAN MEET HALFWAY TO MAFIKENG FROM POLOKWANE AND I COULD NOT AGREE TO THAT AS WAS NOT OUR INITIAL ARRANGEMENT, HE WAS DISHONEST AS HE COMMUNICATED WITH THE SAME THURSDAY OF HIM SENDING ME THE CAR'S PICTURES AND TELLING ME THAT HE IS WAITING FOR A SIGNATURE AND THEN HE WILL DELIVER THE CAR, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, I DECIDED TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE OF HIS NON DELIVERY. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM FOR A REFUND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME AS SOON AS THE CAR IS SOLD. WHAT IF IT TAKES 10 YEARS TO SELL THE CAR? DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG. I NEED ASSISTANCE REGARDING THIS.

Submitted the warranty claim on March 2021, had to follow it up untill i contacted ford sa in August 2021 and that's when the claim to assessed. Pictures were requested from me which i sent them and those pictures were used to reject the claim, after informing them that am taking the matter to the ombudsman, they then approved the claim.
