I had a cartrack unit installed in September 2025 as per insurance request. There was an traffic incident in the first two weeks after I had the unit installed. I was not involved but Because of the unit in my car has a camera and everything. Hi end unit as per insurance request . I wanted to assist the person I phone the cartrack company after I could not download the video footage. They said they will send me the footage and gave me a lot of assurance after a number of calls that they will sort it. So after almost a month of this going on i reversed the first debt order and said i will do this till I have the footage or have the unit replaced or fixed as clearly it is faulty. They came with the story that the vehicle was parked at that time and i asked them how can that be as i was on my way to work then they said ok no it was moving at that time. Then again empty promises and nothing still they tried to debit my account and phone me and said the debt order is not going of. I asked them is the unit fixed is it replaced you can come and remove it this was going for 2 to 3 months. They did not get back to me every time they phone same story. Then they came with the story once I pay the outstanding amount and bring my invoice up to date the unit will be working again and the will give me the footage this after I stopped the debt order which they still try to debit till this date every month. I did not pay that as they tried to make money. They were in breach of contract in the first 2 weeks after unit was installed and it was faulty and never fixed. On the 9 March 2026 I get a letter stating they will commence with blacklisting me. I have proof of the conversation between me and them and they have the recordings as they always state they are recording the calls. So people car track is not all they say you should maybe have look if your units are working and maybe go to other tracking companies
I bought a Ford Bakkie from BB Group Mahindra in Polokwane in October 2023. in the first month of having it the problem started and the bakkie started to leak oil. I contacted them they came collected the bakkie and fixed it. Then that was when all problems stated the bakkie started to leak again and again and again. I asked them so many times to cancel the deal or replace the Bakkie and it is a year later now the make silly offers and said i must trade the bakkie and they will pay an amount silly amount. They gave me an option to replace and i said ok what do you have I have a double cab 4x4 with canopy and everything they offer me a double cab no canopy not 4x4 and say this will work for me I don't need a 4x4. then i said ok get me something with 4x4 and i said an ford everest and they said ok then after that they said they have to buy one from their other dealers and they will not do it as then it is risk for them. If they have to cancel the deal they say the will claim use of goods from me at R4,40 per kilometer I mean I pay the bank every month I reported everything to them before the first 3 months and this is the service I receive now after they agreed to replace and now that they cant fined a suitable replacement give me this. O yes and with this I had to tell them that the vehicle was in an accident this after we found the keyless entry not working and found over spray on the wiring harness o yes that proves the inspection they do (Pre inspection on DEKRA or 100 point inspection) that is a small thing they should have picked up so what ells do they hide. And still Keyless entry not fixed oil leak still not fixed Now they say open a case at the Motor industry Ombudsman
Someone hacked my wives Tymebank account on friday 03 March 2023 we contacted Tymebank fraud department and whilst we are on the phone with them they said that the hacker is trying to reverse the money we transferred out of the account so they cant take any more. We blocked the account. So with that and them having the recording of the person that assisted us saying that they hacker is still loged in they get back to us over a week later. We only get an sms saying fraud case declined just like that. So with this I will not support them any more or refer anyone to use Tymebank as they are the worst bank ever
Good day I am writing this as i have been struggling since December 2018 with Debt rescue to remove my name from all systems that shows I am under debt review as I am no longer under debt review and have a document to prove that I am rehabilitate by the court. They do not come to the party and it has been more than 2 years already so in my experience they are the worst ever regarding service. I will never give them a referral to any one not even my worst enemy.
I have canceled my wife and my contract with this Planet fitness in Middelburg Mpumalanga about September 2020. as we moved out of town and no longer am able to go to the gym. The came with a lot of stories and excuses as why they can not cancel then I asked them will you provide me with a gym on the farm then I can pay for a service I can use. I mean if I cant use the service how can I pay for it. they keep on deducting the money and i stopped the debut order at the bank and they keep on trying.
I am no longer able to use the gym as i moved out of town and now they tel me it is not there fault i moved out of town i still have to pay or i have to pay a cancellation fee. Al is fine as there contract cant be binding. if you give them a months notice they must cancel with out having to pay a cancellation fee.
The service at SARS is real bad. as i am still waiting for the 2018-2019 pay out. first they made a mistake on my TAX return. They said i ow them money then we showed them the documents we sent in. then they said they will have a look at it. after this we had to raise a dispute. they then said every time we phoned they will escalate it. This we have done I don't no how many times. Then we get an email asking for more time if that is OK with us but there is not an option to say no only yes. and that has past and still no feedback then you get to a manager eventually then they say they will escalate it. Well that is how it has bean going for more than a year and a half already. Now we just get told we must wait.
