I’m just disappointed with Vodacom. I appofor a data contract with preused router . Guess what not even a single cable . Why will you do that to your customers. The hustle of now canceling the whole thing and I must work this weekend. This is so unnecessary . If this is standard please tell you agents to be upfront when explains. I’m just tired yooooo. This is like buying a car without keys 😪😪😪😪. I’m truly changing networks. Every time I get something with Vodacom it comes with à bagage
Old mutual is a ****** ****. They were to review my policy now they come with lies and say my policy lapsed twice and that is not true. When my debit bounced I went the next day to fix it and they told me to wait for after the 7th . They they said no you can’t pay over it’s going under review now they reinstate for younger people and increase my parent cover to almost a thousand five hundred and I had this policy for than 12 years.i have waited for their response since march only to be informed now that sorry to respond so late. Who the **** is in charge of old mutual. They will pay back my money that I be need paying since I started. I just hate old mutual and this matter I’m taking up to the ombudsman . I think this company needs to be investigated by the SIU there is too much *******ion there
It’s always a hustle to come to this joint, every time I come here there’s issues . If it’s not an ice machine not working they serve you saltless chips 🙄 it is such a busy establishment yet they remove tables for deliveries, where must we sit . Love Burger King but this one in Alberton it’s the worst 😦😦😦😦
My policy was under review and I’ve been waiting for a response and none. The money was deducted last month only to be reversed and they say there were documents outstanding. I’ve completed still no feedback. I’ve been a loyal client for long for me to just lose out on the money I’ve paid for so long. Can someone please just respond. I understand that there is no longer a department for green light but someone has to have taken over . This is so frustrating
I’m very disgusted and disappointed about the service I received at the Alberton city store. I bought 3 Tshirts that were on special and they are small. Went there to exchange the stock is finished then I ask for my refund and they refuse they say their policy does not allow that. On the slip it’s written returns and refunds on 30days and original slip and items should not be worn , of which it’s what expected. I’m so tired of people making their own policies at companies at our expense as buyers . I’ve sent my sister in law that I had to give taxi fare since I’m working now I must return there again to go fight there myself for my own money that I ****** worked hard for. This is such a disgrace that in this day in time sores still have this stinking attitude. I want my money you don’t want me camping out at your shop cause I will do that believe you me.
I was very upset that I had to pay R2 to use the toilet . I’m at this mall spending money but they don’t have the decency to make toilet facilities for us. This is nonsense at its best. This is a basic need that one has to provide especially if we are spending more that an hour in their premises. The mall is nice renovated but their methods are Stone Age .

I’ve been with you for almost 12yrs and with this this tracker thing on my windscreen, never thought it works but TODAY when I hit a pothole that I did not even see I got a call and this made my day. It is really exhausting to continuously complain about one thing , I’ve acknowledged that you are a ****ty ************ company that just wants to milk us dry. I’ve singed for a contract of 219 and I’m tired that every month there is incorrect billing and I must do the up and down fixing the incompetence of your staff. This is a clearer breach and violation of our contract, if you can’t fix and stick to what I’ve agreed to please be nice and terminate the damn contract. It’s obvious you don’t need me as a customer
I just hate Vodacom. If I can move my account without the hassle I wold do it now. Every time when I’m due for upgrade they will sneak in a new contract boom you have to be on the phone with them 24/7 explain and you end up paying so they can cancel it. I swear this is the way they make money out of us. I upgraded my data line and added a phone now I have an airtime for 130. Vodacom is an immoral company the preys on people lifely hood. I canseled my policy well on time with old mutual and the money was deducted still at the end of the month. I called their call center they said this is ****** standard that it will not stop deducting immediately all I need to send my bank statement and copy of Id. It’s been 10 days I call to enquire they are telling me is that it will take 45 working days for my money to be refunded. Basically what they are telling me is that I will have two deductions that will be pending jot paid while I have already canselled my policy. Old mutual is one useless money sucking organisation. I canselled because of financial problems now they are adding to my problems. This is the worst institution that one can invest in or even think of doing business with.
