We experienced a power spike from the counsel side witch resulted in some goods being damaged. I contacted my broker and they informed me I am covered for the replacement I just need to fill out the claim forms witch I did and I sent it back along with all relevant quotes and damage reports, now this is where it got ridiculously unforgiving, first the will only cover if there is surge protectors in my db or I will have a access of R5000 so I rep**** I do have then I had to provide photos and COC for the installation of it witch again I provided it all, then they claimed the TV and The Hifi is faulty due to "ware and tear"??????? so I asked since when does electronics work on "ware and tear"? then they came back saying they have decided now it's be course of old age so what is it now actually?? All the other claims by other insurances is paid out, replaced and forgotten but Auto and General still claiming I'm an idiot with ridicules reports......... So run far and wild they just going to steel you money

Worst choice to go with them First was the Surprise spoiled by them sending my wife a message telling her of the delivery then they don't make promised delivery date and then only to deliver the next day at 13:21 then still so proud of them serfs the biggest disappointment ever wanted to treat and surprise my wife a little and then to have it blow up in your face at a arm and leg of a price next time I will go to Checkers and buy a bunch 4x the size and amount of roses for less the price and deliver it my self
Just a heads up to anyone looking to do some paving or some alterations and want to make use of Corrie from CK Construction Gauteng, he is an unreliable lying crook. I requested a quote for around 30m² paving, 15m coping and 15m² driveway to be done, he sent me the quote I have asked him if he can split it into tow separate quotes being one for the pool area and the other one for the driveway for my budget is very tight, he told me that if he does it the price will be much more because he done it in a combo deal, he's T's and C's was that if I except it that I must pay a 80% deposit soonest witch I did. Accordingly to him it will only be a 2day job in total after I told him when I will be marbliting the pool by then the paving must be completed for not to mess any dust and debris in the pool, and then the balance (20%) payable on completion of the paving part, well now that's where the problems started, he's workers pitched up at 12o'clock 2days prior to my discussed dates of marblite please take note none of the materials was on site he pitched up 30min later with the pool areas paving only, No river sand, no cement nothing where by then his workers was taking lunchtime after they had their lunch they started to work using my materials witch he would credit me for using, 30min later it started to rain for a total of 15min by then when I looked again they have loaded there bakkie and gone were they after battling to get hold of anyone the excuse was it was to wet to work when after 20min the ground was dry. The next day no one pitched and they decided that it was still too wet to work after I told him it's dry and that is just the point of all lying laim excuses. Then all of a sudden he is helping me out because they are actually closed already, and he will complete the driveway in the new year only when I make a payment again "because the pool area is complete" now that I tel him his T's and C's saying after completion of the job I need to pay the balance now he refuses to complete the driveway until I pay him, he also refuses to credit me for all my materials he had used. Please let me know if anyone needs his number just to make sure you don't get taken for a rid like I have been. Wishing you all a happy and good year
For I was under the impression that to go to the head of a product after not getting anywhere from the dealer one's problem would be resolved but to my founding it's just the same as the deal, they have the sale so you as a customer means nothing. Please never never use Motus Ford. Was and is the worst experience ever, they keep a nice juicy steak in front of you and once they have you in there books then all of that is no longer. Then they fix parts witch they damaged on a new vehicle with secondhand worn parts and Ford South Africa is just as lousy as them, after explaining what's going on and they Ford SA acknowledged i was bullied in a deal, That Motus Ford has to take responsibility for there actions and my vehicle needs to be replaced. Now all of a sudden I have to give them a 4th chance to try and fix this damage and hell of a peace of rubbish that is a safety hazard or just live with it.
