Received a quote in 2019, never got the item. Wrongfully debitted in 2021, they claimed to have fixed the admin error in 2021. Fast fast forward now In 2023 I'm being handed over to nimble for amounts owing. Nimble has emailed me to say the effort has been s****ped but I have yet to receive an email directly from Fidelity stating they have sorted this **** ONCE AGAIN!
My car was purchased at their Tygervalley branch in December 2021. And wow, I was amazed at how disgustingly poor the after service was. Before the car was bought they were going above and beyond to bag the sale but soon as the purchase went through they became trashy, or let me not say they...I am referring to the sales assistant who i was dealing with. Firstly, they took so long with the licence plate because they failed to do the roadworthy test! Which my father informed them to complete but DOLOLO. So then I had to waste my time getting the car to go for roadworthy tests, waste of time and my fuel. Secondly...I get ready to go for work and the car shuts down, apparently the battery was a dud and had to be replaced...TWO WEEKS AFTER GETTING THE CAR! More money wasted as I now have to Uber cos of Motus Nissan. Thirdly, the day the licence plates were available....the sales assistant informs me that the plates are available and I send him a drop pin with my location where he can deliver the plates...do u think thats it? NO!!!! He has the nerve to tell me that dropping it at my house AFTER WORK HOURS is "more Kosher" for him as its closer to his house and he is now finished with his shift! Whereas he had all day to drop it at my work place!!!! Where is the sense of customer satisfaction and customer service. I cannot believe how poor the service was, the wait for licence plates alone...and for your sales assistant to tell me "remember the plates only expire the 26th", all because I asked when the plates will ne available on the 24th. Moet ek dan tot op die laaste dag wag!? . I have never had this issue with Volkswagen whom we always purchase from, but never again will I stray to Motus Nissan in Tygervalley. Absolutely Trash. U have failed to do a "after purchase" service review and yesterday they said they would call back!? Ek wag nou nog.
I regret the day I ever was quoted by Fidelity! In 2019 I was quoted, never got the product. In 2021 you start debit orders which luckily I got cancelled/stopped, I asked the consultant to send me a communication as proof that she has sorted this out, she never did it...she belongs at Fidelity, they dont follow through. But now why the hell are you still sending me an account statement that I owe you R109 from June 2021!? I NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT!!!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT AND CAUSE YOU TO GET BLACKLISTED FOR STUFF THAT YOU DONT HAVE!
Planet Fitness- Plattekloof must be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever heard of and come across. Sometime in July 2021 (I stand corrected on the month) they were celebrating a birthday promotion and the sign-up fee was discounted. My partner happened to enter the gym on the last day of the promotion...the sales assistant informed my partner of the promotion and also said it was the last day to get this promo deal, my partner signs up, pays R150 for the tag (which he never got as they were always out of stock, even more than a week later). Long story short the sales assistant forgot to file the paperwork on the day, he did it the next day and my partner then lost out on the promo, which prompted him to sign up in the first place!!! The manager knew of the situation, said he will discuss with Area manager and to this very day, 2months later, the manager has yet to come up with a solution or even a damn apology. They told my partner they would "get back to him" but wow, I guess WW3 will come back before them. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE on behalf of the manager and for the sales assistant? When you are attracting customers and telling them "its the last day" for whatever promo then surely you need to sort out the paperwork before the end of the business day!!!! Eventually all they did was refund the R150 of the imaginary tag at the end of August and not even an apology from anybody for the inconvenience. Mind you, they deserve zero stars for that pathetic service!
Fidelity Secure Drive are a bunch of scammers in my experience. For over 3years they kept calling me and emailing me to say some **** about my car tracker. I have told them countless times that the car they are calling me about does not belong to me and in fact I've never even owned a car!!! I blocked the calls and emails. This year April 2021 the company debited me for R108.90! I have never agreed to any of their products or even been quoted by them. From April 2021 to June 2021 Fidelity/Adt Secure Drive has debitted me x5 times and each time I had to create a dispute/reversal and a stop order. They dont respond to my emails and at this point I'm ready to create a scene at their headoffice out of pure frustration. DISGUSTING!
