I received excellent service and advice from Marizel Bernardo whihc caused be to cancel another policy and move to Dotsure.
On 4 March 2022 I placed an order for COCO CHANEL MADEMOISELLE 100ML and DIOR MIDNIGHT POISON EDP 100ML under order #93842. I paid a total of R1 244.50. Only the Coco Chanel was delivered. Despite several requests for clarity none has been provided.
We ordered 4 wooden bar chairs from Cielo and only realised after delivery that one chair was damaged. I could only send the proof of the damage at a later stage to Cielo but the response I received from Cielo was fabulous! Cielo provided me with a great assistance. The products of Cielo are awesome and their service matches their products
We entered into a 24 month contract with Telkom for LTE which is used in our office in Rustenburg. The internet was excellent until Wednesday, 12 September 2018. Since then we struggled immensely with our LTE internet. Even though we logged several calls to Telkom we have receive NO ASSISTANCE or proper LTE internet at all.
The reception of Vodacom at Waterfall East in Rustenburg was always great (which was the reason why I switched to Vodacom. I have noticed over the resent past that the signal is almost non existant! If this problem cannnot be fixed I want to cancel my contract with immediate efect and port to a different service provider.
<p>I am a holder of a Prokard (Number ********** 7). I have several vouchers available. When I attempted to book accommodation in one of the 5 different hotels in Durban on 22 September I could only use my voucher at the cheapest of all the hotels which is situated in Amanzimtoti. My voucher states that I can use it at any of the Protea Hotels but I cannot use it at any of the hotels convenient for us. I do not think the Prokard is any value for money.</p>
