On the 20th March 2023'i contacted Standard Bank Home Insurance from Centurion Branch.I was assisted by Mr Lucky Lephondo,he verified my Policy No: 10771817.But he also asked me about the 2nd property I'm a paying for since 2014.Stand No 1217 Parkhaven Ext 8,? city. I informed him I only have 1 property.He then suggested we do Valuation,which was done on the 27th March 2023 by Mr Durell Erin Canham.He sent the report. But my concern is that I'm not getting any feedback regarding the property I have been paying for since 2014. Kindly provide me with this report & assist with reimbur*****t. Regards Ronica
I app**** for fibre in Oct 2022 but I cancelled it when I was made aware that it will not work when the power is off,I will have to buy UPS separate.Now in April 2023,I log on my App,I see I'm owing R2039,I normally pay R1300 ,which is my contract & my daughter's.I call the Vodacom call center,on the system it shows the line is active,4 devices connected,but they reside in Joburg.Now I asked that they send the bill to the person cause they have the details,I am told they are busy with investigation.Till today,I'm still waiting.
I serviced my car on the 20th March 2023.I went to collect my car,the report was no ready,I was told they are busy with a new program & it does not allow them to print or email the report,I was assisted by a gentleman named Mr Zulu but the lady ( I cannot remember her name)decided to assist me when I collected my car.I was informed it will be emailed.4 days later I called,Mr Zulu promised he will email the report,the technicians are in the building assisting them with the new program.Today it's the 31 March 2023;I still did not get the report.
