Unauthorized transaction and not resolved
Unauthorized transaction on account. Still no joy. According to standard bank this is is resolved. I have no feedback regarding this. . 33 years with standard bank don't see another year with them.

Unauthorized access to bank account
Unauthorized transactions on bank account. ***** dept suspends card issued new but never disputed transactions. Three weeks been trying to get money back. Every time I have to tell the same story to someone and still no joy. Personal banker is a joke

Bosch sanders
2 years ago I purchased a heavy duty sander and 3 months later the velcro started coming loose on the sanding pad. They sent an email asking me all the relevant questions and I answered the questions and they stated that they would fetch the item from my home and still waiting

Refused bank account
#WIN I went to open an account at fnb and they would not help me because I had a letter from my husband that I reside at the address stated. The form was on fnb document as they gave it to me. They could not help me with PayPal at all

I went to the post office and was treated very poorly by the post master, he is rude to his staff and also ordered them not to assist us.

Return stock
I had a problem with the rabbit pellets, I went to the spar umkomaas and they assured me that they will check all their stock and they gave me a new box of rabbit pellets. And the service was excellent
