I happened to see the vehicle i wanted on FM and contacted Bargain auto, Richard responded and from the minute i spoke to him all i can say is WOW!WHAT FANTASTIC SERVICE!! It was as if i was his only client,Amazing service and even better after sales service.This is what most companies have lost along the way. I recently app**** for a platinum credit card Being a customer of Nedbank for over 20 years and salary of over R80K deposited on a monthly basis for over 10+ years,My Card was declined because "the system" found to many enquiries on my profile,I tried to explain that i app**** for finance on a vehicle and the company i app**** with did applications with various finance institutions and hence the enquiries,But according to Nedbank the system cannot be changed even if i have a credit score of 715 out of 740 and this would only mean an upgrade to my normal credit card with a small raised amount of R400.This is really sad as i am seriously thinking of moving everything i have away from Nedbank over to FNB(which is approving me for the platinum card)This leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth that the bank i am with for over 20 years and NEVER defaulted in any way does not care about its clients SHAME ON YOU NEDBANK! I WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO TRY AND FIND A BETTER BANK!!
I purchased a cloud nine plush queen bed online,With some very minor hiccup with payment, I was in contact with Jan Bothman Who was very helpful and took me through the whole process from start till when i recieved my bed. The whole process was made very easy and painless and i will be sure to recommend this company to anyone! WELL DONE!!!
I have no more words to the sheer gross incompetence of standard bank home loans dept. So further to my other posts on Hello Peter regarding the imbecilic handling of my home loan account Where i had deposited R1150.000 into my home loan in order to reduce my payment and Home loans then putting that R1150.000 back into my account and then attempting to again do a debit which reflected and then being returned back to my account,Me then demanding that due to total incompetence on their side i should not be penalized for there mistake, All good and they deduct R5800+ as my new bond repayment, For me this was acceptable and i was about to put this to rest when this morning i open my online banking and this stupid bank had deducted R19450.00 of my account, bearing in mind that my normal instalment was only R18150. Standard bank REALLY!!!! Who are these people in charge of this? Why is this amount of gross negligence and incompetence allowed to reign throughout your depts.??? My next email now will be to my attorney and the banking ombudsman if this is not resolved by COB TODAY! Standard promised they would contact me after my last complaint on this platform but to date nobody has had the decency to do so. A
So further to my nightmare with road protect, they had promised to refund me my money due to gross incompetence on their side As per Nellie and Chante my money was going to be refunded within 3 days, this was almost 10 days ago. Road protect,What is the reason for this???
I had paid R1150.000 into my Standard home loan,THis should have brought my installment down from R18150 to R5850 Per month,month end came and they deducted the full amount,I then contacted them and it was agreed that the balance which was about R12K+was going to be refunded, However they put back into my account the whole amount of R1150.000,By then i was back at work in Uganda.I contacted them wanting to know how this could happen as for such a huge amount to be paid back requires quite a few high profile signatures,I was promised it would be rectified,A MR Mhlanga phoned me and assured me that he will debit my account again.So on 22 december my account was debited and funds showed in my homeloan but nothing deducted from my side (Nedbank),I tried contacting Mhlanga regarding this.So today i get an email from Standard bank saying money was returned to my bank,I then got a call from Mhlanga trying to once again sort out there mess to no avail, So i sent an email saing that because of there incompetence and costing me nearly R24000 loss in revenue earning,that they should stick to the bond deduction of R5874 as it was their mistake and i cannot be penilized for their gross incompetence,20 Minutes later i get an email with attachement saying that they accept my payment arrangement and that i will then be in arrears and i should pay the balance as soon as i can....REALLY!!!!! Standard bank has really gone to a new state oh high incompetency!! I do intend to take this further as now my impeccable credit record might be tarnished by these baffoons!!!
I go through the reviews and see mostly positive results and wondering how come i am treated different? Anyway i had paid R715 online for my license to be renewed and got a mail back from road protect as well as Elandi saying that within 14 days my license would be delivered to my door.14 days came and went but till to date NOTHING, I tried on numerous occasions to contact road protect as well as Elandi to no avail,My emails go unanswered,Yesterday i then decided to just go to municipality and do it myself which only cost R530 and got my license disc.I then again sent an email to Elandi only to get an auto reply that she is now on vacation and gave me an alternative email which i sent to,No Reply! I am now trying to get my money back but i know this is going to be another fight I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
I had paid R1150000 into my home loan in order to reduce my monthly payment of R18100 to R5800,Month end came and full amount of R18100 was deducted,I then contacted Standard bank and they asked me to send an email with all particulars which i did and was assured that the R12000 will be paid back,But yesterday when i checked my account the whole amount of R1150.000 was paid back into my account!I contacted Standard homeloans and the response was as usual,Sorry just pay it back to us.Now here is my problem. When i paid this money into my homeloan i had to get with my back Nedbank to up my daily limit which was a schlep as anything over a Million need special approval which took 1.5 days before i could transfer and not to mention the cost involved.I work out of country and only arriving back in SA late January which means i cannot transfer the money back to them.Which means it will be 2 x R18100 installments before i get home. My question is as follows,How was it possible that such a huge blunder was not spotted??I am sure that an amount of R1150.000 would have needed a series of signatures before being released and someone surely should have had questions about that amount! The level of incompetence in standard home loans is mind bogeling!!!
