Never ending payment
Nedbank home loan - we sold our house at a defect of R170 000.00. Nedbank handed us over to Symington and De Kok Attorneys. These attorneys have been receiving payments from me on and off for 14 years. I eventually stopped paying as the balance is not decreasing. Nedbank should write off this debt as it is 15 years old. And remove my name from credit bureau as I have tried to offer an amount to settle but no feedback from Symington and De Kok Attorneys.

Forever and ever account
We sold our house at a deficit of R170 000,00.It was a Nedbank home loan account. I started paying off this account 15 years ago. I stopped paying last year December because the balance was now still over R100 000, 00. Yes they phone me offering discount but I tell them I cannot afford a lump sum payment. Symington and De Kok Attorneys immediately put me in a negative credit profile. After 15 years, this account can be closed and my credit profile restored.

Poor service
We relocated three weeks ago and informed webafrica . Up to now nothing has been installed and the only communication with them is via a bot . No humans involved in queries.Not even a phone call is accepted. We are disappointed as i work from home and now I must pay internet cafes to sit and work all day.

Disgruntled fee payer
I enrolled my daughter for a Diploma Human Resources. The study consultant never followed up. She never submitted assignments as we couldn't find the address to send it to.i phoned,i emailed ,she eventually gave up because it was a very difficult course to do online. My money wasted. We also cannot find my husband,s grade 10 certificate which he did with intercourse in 2012. I emailed,i phoned but nobody can help me

No assistance
I enrolled my daughter for the Human Resource N5 Diploma.I am paying 1600r per month.But so far no consultant has supported her with the learner queries.we do not know where to send the completed modules.i have tried phoning Intec.i have emailed as well.i am very disappointed in Intec college.my daughter,s studies is getting nowhere.the standard of this college has dropped tremendously.Intec offers no study support
