Bank withholding my money due to their incompetence
I deposited a sizeable amount of money into a 32-day investment account and on the same day, I gave notice that on the expiration of the 32 days, my investment plus accumulated interest was to be paid into my FNB account. When the notice period expired, I went into African Bank and spoke with the same individual who I Had opened the account on my behalf. He then checked my account and told me that no notice period had been given. So, after expressing my annoyance due to his negligence, I gave notice once again fir the account to be closed in 32 days. This was also confirmed via a telephone call from the bank, to one of its online consultants. However, after 25 days I decided to go into the bank once again, because none of my instructions to have the account closed were provided on my account when I opened the bank's app to further verify that my explicit instructions were been followed, which they had not been. So, once again I had to deal with the same clerk in the bank, and yet another online consultant from African Bank. And of course, they both verbally confirmed that my money would be paid out and deposited into my FNB account, which has not happened. And when opening the bank app and checking my account, it shows that no notice period has been given. African Bank are ******. If I had invested at any other bank I would have earned higher interest, the account would have be3n closed 64 days ago, and I would have received my money. NEVER will I trust African Bank nor will I ever recommend them.

Holiday plans with Pentravel
Carina is both thorough and very informative. She spent air of time searching for the most affordable ticket options and printed itineraries, and that was without me having to make a financial obligation to use the services of Pentravel. I have ever confidence to book further travels with Carina and also the Branch Manager Bianca, who had assisted me many times in the past. I highly recommend using Pentravel, even over the internet, as the price is comparable, and you have the benefit of dealing with a professional person.

Airline's refusal to provide customer service/satisfaction
Deceitful and dishonest is the best way to describe there customer service. 1. They lied about the flight itinerary. Received a text three hours before my flight stating that departure time from JHB had not changed but arrival in Cape Town would be two hours later. 2. At the departure airport, I was told that there were no changes to the schedule. 3. Sat on the plane for 1.5 hours waiting to take off for Cape Town. On two occasions, they announced that the delay was due to technical problems with the plane. This they must have known well before, as per the initial text message which mentioned the late arrival. 4. We boarded a plane which had no logos or signage, so basically, there must have been a problem with the original plane too. That is, unless they fly planes with no branding. 5. It is now three weeks where they have still not bothered to respond to ANY of my emails which I have requested a response. In addition, they also have not responded to my query about money in my Lift Wallet. My advice, don't book with Lift Airlines as it is likely that they too will steal your money. Then they won't take to the air, but will ask government (use our tax money) to offer a business rescue plan to bail them out.

Dishonest and Untrustworthy Car Carrier
Contacted this company and,spoke to Pay on Friday to collect my daughter's car. The car was supposed to be collected last week Saturday but was not. We called many times on Saturday and eventually Pat returned the call. We were now promised that the car would be collected today (Tuesday). Again, this has not been done and all our phone calls, voice.messages, as well as email have been ignored. I am now going to the police to open a case against this company. DO NOT use them.
