I have always been a very happy Medihelp customer - but the last few weeks I have been thoroughly disappointed. Usually all chronic medicine could be bought via Clicks or Dishem - and it never was late. But since a few months ago Medihelp has changed its policy that all Network (MedVital Elect) customers have to order their chronic medicine via Medipost - or pay a 60% co-payment. I sent my prescription to Medipost on the 17th of September. I received no futher communication. A while later somebody from Medipost called me with my customer number explaining how things work. I specifically stressed to them that we need the medication by the 4th of October, and the consultant assured me that I would have it in time. No emails or any other communication was received. Two weeks ago somebody from Medipost called me that I had a co-payment on some other medication and they would send an sms (not email not statement...sms ... like 20 years ago!). I did NOT receive any sms. I called again on the 5th of October (already after the medicine was due), I then received an sms - which I paid immediately and sent the proof of payment. It is now the 10th and my daughter has been without her medication for more than a week! The medication is also not sent to our address, I have to pick it up at some unknown doctor's rooms in town. This is unacceptable! This medicine is prescribed by a psychiatrist and se can't go without it!
Why are my fines not updated as paid after I paid them via another platform? Is Paycity not up to date? Please help? I really would not like to end up in jail when stopped by a traffic officer
I am quite confused to whether my fines that I pay via Fines SA are actually paid to the municipalities? I paid 13 fines via Fines SA, but when I have a look on PayCity none of those fines show as paid months later... So where is the problem? I really like the Fines SA platform as it gives me a list of fines paid and I get emails with the receipts. I am just afraid they put me in jail if I get stopped by traffic officers :-(

I have submitted 2 claims in the past year, and both were approved and fixed. It took some time to get the panel beaters to contact me, and we had some issues with the parts, but other than that - I have had a very good experience! Thanks a lot Team Naked!
I recently purchased some waxes from SA Candle Supply, and for some reason I received the wrong quantity of items. I contacted them and they immediately corrected the order and sent the missing items. Thanks for really good support! I Really appreciate reliable suppliers and will keep shopping from them.
I have been struggling to change my debit order details since end May... I called the call center twice - and every time they say it has been changed and a debit will be run the next day... without anything happening. I emailed customer service (case number 1060800407) without any answer... and emailed again... no answer. I tried to log a complaint on the website.... but when clicking on the send button nothing is submitted... Also tried online chat on the website.... "No consultants available". This is very saddening - as I actually like Cell-C... But since the Cell-C towers have been switched off my reception is VERY bad, and seems to me Service has also dropped :-(
