Book Express is the best, l got an invoice quote in two days on a Sunday, unfortunately my company bursary does not use Book Express as a vendor. Dear Hollywoodbets My account number with Hollywoodbets 6143939. My account balance was @R39000 by 5am this morning. Yesterday my ticket was not paid and l won R16 341,57 stake R10 000. Today this morning l won R782.77 stake R290. If you add all this my account is supposed to be R66 414.34 but is shows R55 158.51 which is short by R11 256,83. l have a Legal Insurance Cover with Law For All (FSP - 43170) for over 5 years. It was my first time to call for assistance and l have since received bad service. l made a second call and l was told l gave a wrong number to be contacted on. L told the agent please play your recording before you answer who is wrong or not. lm still waiting for a call. To make matters worse l was told my case is not an emergency. Does it means its not worthy to be attended the soonest since lam reporting it. The installment we pay every month is never late, but it ok for Law for All to treat you as a number, and not give customer service. l even sent an online request since l still don`t have any reply.
