Midcity gave me the wrong bill and it doesn't want to correct it.
I called the bank on the 22nd of July indicating that I have received a deposit from another country and the sender was charged for the deposit. The bank promised to solve the problem within 3 days. up until today I haven't received a call from Standard bank. On the 29th and 2nd of September, I got money from outside the country and the sender paid the foreign exchange fees. Unfortunately, standard bank charged me again. I wrote an email on the 3rd of September, Alice Ngcwabe was indicated as the person responsible for this query. I have not heard from her until today. What is the turn-around time for queries to be solved at standard bank? I have been calling the bank and no one is giving me a solution. Can standard bank refund my money? This is really annoying. I am not asking the bank to give me their money, that's my money that I worked hard for.
I went to SuperSpar at Willow Way to purchase a few things. I was assisted by OLGA MASANGO. She added things that I did not buy on my bill. I realized this when I got home. I was in a hurry to pick my kids to school. I forgot to check my till slip.
Midcity utilities service is very bad. The meter reader has not been coming to my house to take the readings. However, I always get charged the reading fee. I have sent several emails, no one is responding. To my surprise every month I get billed even though no one takes the readings. How do they calculate the cost without the recent readings?
I had a terrible experience with Standard Bank. I have a private Banker who doesn't help me with anything. Whenever I ask for help I'm always referred to online services. What exactly am I paying for? I app**** for R80 000 credit card which I qualified for. Later canceled because I was given different answers by the Bank and I opted to apply in person at the Branch. To my surprise at the Branch I am told I qualify for only R10 000. From R80 000 to R10 000 and I am not given reasons why a sudden drop in the amount. I am very DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BANK.
I am very disappointed with bonitas. I've sent an email on Thursday requesting authorization till today I haven't received it. I called on Monday morning and I was told I'll get it by the end of business on Monday. It's really frustrating, I'm not happy with their service at all.
I am not happy with Standard Bank at all. Every time I deposit money in the credit card it takes forever to be cleared. I have called Standard Bank several times about this issue, still it has not been resolved.
Standard bank is inconsiderate. There has been a double debit on my account. I requested a refund, I submitted all the documents that they needed. I have not received my money. I was told the query is due on the 30th November. It's now end of business and no money. I have called them several times but reached a dead end. How am I supposed to pay other bills with my money held by Standard bank?
Homechoice sales people are harassing me. The call me during awkward hours telling me about discounts or sale that they have. I told them several times that I am not interested in buying anything. I asked them to stop calling me because if I want to buy from home choice, I will go to their website and make a purchase. Lately, if they don't get hold me, they call my husband. I wonder where do they get that audacity to call him. HOME CHOICE PLEASE STOP HARASSING MY FAMILY.
I have not received my security deposit back yet. There's no communication from this company regarding my security deposit.
