I am really NOT impressed with Bolt SA. I ordered a ride and as we turned the corner, the Bolt driver car started overheating. The driver cancelled the trip. I then had to order another ride i pressed confirm and then my screen went on the blink and had to reboot my phone. Went back in and got a driver. However, the one where my phone went blank, Bolt charged me for it. They say there is a 14 day to 30 days wait for a refund. This happened on the 12 Dec 2023. i mean really surely, they will see that i never got to my destination on that one which was minutes before i got another driver. Plus, they want to charge me R37 for the driver whose car started overheating. I am a pensioner and need every cent.....NOT HAPPY!!!
The Service, Food and Staff was amazing
Absolute best service around ExecuMove. From the staff to the crew. They certainly are a great asset and service to the community and give 110%. Keep up the excellent work ExecuMove.

Health4me is the worst to deal with. When i ask to chat to a manager, the person on the other side refuses to put me through. Trying to claim for glasses going on around two & a half months. Service is shocking to say the least. Seems like there is not good service out there. Cancelling this health insurance today.
I am not rating Bloom but a certain individual Simphiwe, who went above and beyond her call of duty. I am also in the service industry and I expect the same interaction and service I put out. Simphiwe is an asset to the Momentum group /Bloom
