I have been using Eden perfumes for 2 or 3 years. Never had any problem. I recently bought one of the Dubai fragrance that I have bought 2 or 3 times. On the the first week I had noticed that I can’t smell the fat, but I thought it is because am used to it. I tried smelling on my clothes , I can’t smell it, asked few people and they can’t smell it. This is a fragrance that if I put it on, I will get compliments. I informed the people where I bought it and called head office. The fragrance it’s faulty and I need to wait for a week , until they test it with they factory, something that should have been done before it came to the shelves, so consumers don’t buy faulty things. A client has to wait 7 days because the company didn’t do a proper inspection on the products. As much as I love they fragrance it’s human to make mistakes but put your clients first and you will sort your half job later. So disappointed, now I have to wait for 7 days
I went to pedro in boksburg, boxer centre, cnt leeupoort street to buy 2 quarter chicken meal for me and my collegue for my lunch. when I got to the office, I realize that the was chips missing. I then called the store to inform them, they asked where I work and my office details and said they will bring it after 10 mins that was at 12. I am currently knocking off now and no one came. I had to eat my meal without chips that I paid for. this is robbing people, it is unacceptable at all. my order number was 15.
A payment of R5000 was done, immediate eft payment, but the person didn't receive the money and the money was out of the person who sent and Tyme Bank doesn't know where the money went. The system should be able to indicate where the money went but they said they will investigate. Inconveniencing the children who are supposed to receive the money. Tyme Bank is a ****. How can you not see from the system where the money went to.
I withdraw money at an ATM bank , used some cashed and I was still left with some money.which I wanted to deposit bank to my account. Some notes had marks on them and the notes were rejected. I asked the Capitec gentleman who was by the ATM that the say notes that I got from an Capitec bank is rejecting the notes. He said I must go inside the bank , I did. They was a lady who assisted me called Kgamogelo at Capitec bank in boksburg.i told her about the notes and she told me she can't help me and they don't even keep money on the bank. I received the notes from Capitec ,now I can't deposit it. What must happen when I received the notes from the same bank and get attitude from they staff.
I had visited the surgeon for breast reduction as my breast are too big. They declined the procedure due to my BMI, fine. The only thing I need is to loose weight, I had asked what is the right BMI for me in order to do the surgery. They should be able to tell me at what range should I be weight for my height. They can't just say I need to loose weight. It should be a detail report to support a loyal client. Am told they are not allowed to tell me the expected weight, how does that assist they client. It means they don't want to assist they client to do the procedure as they withheld information to benefit the client. This is the worse medical aid ever. Discovery is just a status name that doesn't want to assist they client but rip them off every month. Am even regretting opening they discovery bank also. Secondly, I had paid cash for my consultation to my surgeon, sent the receipt same day which was On a Monday. On Friday my claim was still not done. The next week when I called they told me that the code of claim should not be written where it was written. Bear in mind the claim code is in the receipt. They are very inconsiderate of they client. I would have understood if the claim code was not there on the invoice. I pay every month with no fail or skips payment but we need to suffer. Am now told they can not tell me what weight I should be for the surgery it's not allowed. How does that benefit me as a client, as they don't want to help the client.
I have a loan with Bayport, which I have never skip payment ever since the 2 years since it debit straight to my account, the called me for a top up. Which I agree, and they paid up other loan I had and got the difference. After 3/ 2 days of pay out, I received a called that THEY paid double to one of the people I was owing, I should called a get a refund for my self as it will go to my loan. I did that for a week and few days, calling everyday, as first it was not reflecting, I requested a proof of payment from bayport and I was given. Everyday was am excuse from those people finally they said they have seen the problem after a week of me calling everyday with my airtime and using my data for email. They then said they will pay back to bayport as they received payment straight from them, fair enough. They also sent proof of payment. I start calling bayport, and it has not reflected, after 2 days it did. I was told it will be refund to me in 24/48 hours, after 48 hours it was not, I called again and someone told me I can not get a refund. I then told them, why did they make me do the follow up when they were the one who had made a mistake. Causing me money for calls a over a weeks and emails, I was then reffered to the manager Mr marome who he told me that I will have to be assessed first if a qualify to get this refund, I told him the same thing, what was I made to do the follow up and the cost was on me. He will call me after 11,that was Tuesday to see if I qualify. At 12 I called him, he was in a meeting. He called me back around 1 telling me that no, they will refund me it's sorted. I should get the refund between 24/48 hours lasted by Thursday. Thursday nothing. Over two weeks of me wasting my money and time on a company that I have been loyal too with no skip of payment but they are costing me more money and I have been **** too, worse by people from head office. I called in the morning to get answers, I was told Mr marome or any manager has arrived yet at a whole head office.

I went to pick n pay in alex mall, to assist my cousin who is pregnant, 8months pregnant. While while we needed to pay, I ask the cashier (no mpumelelo) if she needs to stand in a que, which is long and it's busy since it's the festive, she referred me to her supervisor but meanwhile she's helping her staff pay who are not in the que. I went to the female supervisor and I asked if she can assist because she's pregnant, she said these nothing wrong with her shes Just pregnant. We stood in a long que. Is very unfair for a whole superior not to assist
Affordable and good quality., I was not sure when ordering my items because of the time frame., but it was worth it and came in time.
