I have been a new customer for a few months. When I recently logged a scratch and dent claim, their claim administrator did not respond to the requested documents and photo's sent, for nearly three weeks. When I raised a concern on their complaints e mail box, I did not receive any response. If I had not driven this claim to a close, it may still be pending.
I ordered the rump with chips and requested it to be medium rare. When it arrived, it was closer to medium well. The manager replaced it with a cut of meat that, albeit medium rare, was so sinewy i could hardly cut through it with the steak knife. They saw me fight my way through it, but decided to look the other way.
Been a customer fot ten years. Not only has the quality deteriorated, the price has hone up and the customer service is shocking. Shoes crack at soles, trimmings come off. Unless they act now, they won’t survive
Overpriced shoes, poor quality and no service to speak of... I have bought Holster shoes for more than 10 years. Not only are they exorbitant in price, the quality is worst than ever and no after sales service to speak of. R1000 for a pair of flip flops, that lasted only four wears. Sorry we cannot repair or replace,
After 10 years of supporting this brand, I have now abandoned it due to terrible service and poor quality. The shoes are exorbitant in price and don't last - even though they have made quality adjustments. Then, when the complaint is raised, there is a half-hearted attempt to pacify you, but still no results. #Holster, if you don't action this risk in your business, you will be reaping the fruit of this business approach very soon. Consumers will not be treated this way indefinitely.
Reserved a table for Christmas lunch today. Even though the views from the venue are lovely, the buffet was unimaginative and disappointing at R550 pp. The only time I saw my waiter during the two-hour meal was when he brought the wine and the bill. He had very little to do, as it was a buffet, but neglected even the basics such as pouring the wine and removing dirty plates. Overall a disappointing lunch, after spending R780 for one person.
I moved from Bfn to Centurion early this year. The communication was good, both from their central operations desk and from the crew itself. Goods were handled with care and crew behaviour was professional. Happy to consider them again, I would just recommend more competitive pricing, they definitely slot in at the higher end of the spectrum. It would be important to remain competitive. Moving again in Nov 2021, I will certainly see how they compare on price point.
