There is an amount that is being deducted from my vehicle finance statement of R212 for all this year its saying maintenance /insurance on behalf of third-party, but I have never taken any of such and it cant seem to be tracerble Iv been calling and writing emails but didn't receive any assistance , I want my refund since it seems like iv been paying for nothing all those years please.
I went to Pep Home at Thabong mall today around past 3 I got to the store while they were cleaning which I didn't have an issue with my issue started when a lady by the name of Sonto blocked the my way to the till with a mop, I politely asked where should I pass then she gave me one hell of an attitude, if it's suspected that I am not telling the truth can the camera footage be checked, I'll even come with the slip to be honest I have never felt so disrespected in my life and I won't allow such to happen again. Can the manager or whoever is accountable rectify this matter please because this is a violation of my consumer rights and my son is too young to expirience such demonic behavior
I am so frustrated by the response i received from Telkom, i lost my sim card 0n the 26th of October because my pocket router was with my spouse the night he was killed and it couldn't be found on the seen, i then called on 29 to suspend the data sim, then i was told ill have to go to the store and do a sim swap, then i went to Southgate Mall Telkom, i was told i have to call, on the call now i am told by Clarence that my request is pending and normally its activated on the same day but ill have to call again tomorrow n check weather its still pending or not, then go back to the store, now may question is why was i not told in the beginning, can i kindly, Humbly have my data sim activated or just cancel it if its not possible coz its really frustrating to be billed on something you not using
My issues are far from over with Liberty, i had an issue with being over tax by R5k extra only to find out that the income provided to SARS was not my actual income since there was a blank space on the numbers when i typed my income, I then went to Sars and they said Liberty is the only one who can assist me in order for me to get my money, and i tried calling and explaining but they still maintain that there's nothing they can do on their side, its frustrating to be left hanging honestly this two pot thing is a nightmare with Liberty.
I app**** for my two pot on the 6th after a week of struggle due to their WhatsApp application process, till date there's no feedback, what hurts is that my fellow colleagues already received there money but as for me there is not even any communication, its so annoying to receive such treatment honestly. Now the question is was there not a backup plan in place, since they had the whole year to plan the roll out of the two pot system
Good Day On Saturday the 13th of July I tried to deposit money on my account and the ATM retained my money and one your employee told me that the ATM has issues and he normally inform people who greet him and he was busy on the phone that's why he couldn't stop me from using the ATM, my question is why was there no notice regarding this issue, bear in mind that this is the 2nd time I am having a complain regarding the Sebokeng Thabong branch, I logged a call and also called your complaints department and the answer I got is "Askis you will get an answer after after 5 to 7 working days" and I'll get a call within 8 hours till now I haven't received anything Can I please get my money back and I want to close the account thats all I am asking,coz I needed to stock with that money today,I can't afford to wait that long, the issue is your stuff and machine, and I spoke to a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla who told me there's nothing they can do.
I went to Tyre Boss in Sebokeng and received a bad service, my car is now making funny noises and when I went back a guy called Lucas said he will call me but never did, I was also overcharged by the so called owners WIFE, my advice to everyone, Don’t take your car to Tyre Boss.
Talk about bad service the last time I placed an order I received it after 4 hours and the food was cold, so today I just told myself that maybe they have changed, I received my order after 1 hour and 30 minutes and the driver said they didn't give him my Coke, I called the restaurant and I was told that the driver forgot my Coke but he will bring it even now m still waiting for my Coke, I will never make that mistake again of buying from steers De Deur.
2020 July took credit from Bradlows, little did I know it was the start of my nightmare, I tried calling and emailing them but I don't get any answers, my problem started when I had to go under debt review, the initial amount as per the loan agreement was R53 000 and January 2021 the balance was R51 626,83 and after the negotiations the agreement was that I have to pay R976, 89. I have been paying R1000 on the account every month till date they even confirmed via email but they gave me a call saying that my account was removed under debt review and I owe a total of R61 000 instead of R45 000 and it will continue to increase, I tried to get at the bottom of this matter and even Debt Busters failed to get answers or assist me, all I want not is the status on my account to go back to debt review, my balance to be fixed or the goods should be returned to bradlows and I get paid back my money because all this does not make any sense to me.
