Audi center umghlanga is still a law unto themselves I bought my audi - my 3rd one a a collection and drop off service was part of the deal This NO LONGER EXISTS during lockdown they apparently had no drivers In addition no washbay people My heart breaks in the event these people were let go Hopefully with some form of monthly compensation and a guarantee of return to work when things normalize Be that as it may Audi umghlanga now have the AUDACITY TO DICTATE WHEN A VEHICLE MUST BE BOOKED IN FOR SERVICE IN THE EVENT A LIFT HOME IS REQUIRED there is NO COLLECTION from home I am a pensioner whi cannot afford to uber back to fetch my vehicle I had on three previous occasions reported a factory fault No finally they are ordering a part So I must use my time and petrol to make a return journey It seems I'm not the only one who has issues with this dealership I was speaking to a workshop staff member when the workshop manager intervened He had an ultra aggressive manor and told me I should take the vehicle to Durban if I was unhappy I DONT LIKE PEOPLE POINTING THEIR FINGERS IN MY FACE next time I won't be responsible for my actions if I push his hand away and his finger gets accidentally broken Volkswagen South Africa should intervene It's pretty disgusting the amount of clients who have had bad experiences with audi umghlanga At the very least the head office should try and rectify this situation Quite frankly they need to go on done kind of a course to teach them what customer satisfaction is all about
There is a license disc renewal business in ballito Renewme Brain McPherson He gave me such great service last year, just contacted him to renew this year So easy- just email documentation, he does the rest including outlay the cost COD beats standing in queues for hours I think very fair price for this service
Builders warehouse Ballito Extremely hard to shop at this store for anything besides building materials Firstly there is NEVER any visible staff on the floor to assist Very frustrating- staff has to be paged to assist Don't bother wasting time or petrol going for advertised specials They've spent a fortune on their summer catalog but items are conspicuous by their absence The general excuse is that head office orders and allocates stock per store I find this odd - surely the store is responsible for their own ordering?? Unless one puts up a performance there is no hope of getting the specially advertised item That being said the store manager then attempts to find the item However when it comes to actual building supplies, bricks, mortar etc they are fairly well priced and delivery is reasonable Now to the plants - for most part a sorry sight An abysmal selection of cacti verses online One gets tired of trying to support this business

Re discovery health I'm beyond peeved at them They have grown into an industry giant- yet they forget that it's the members who created their success They've become big, unwieldy and have lost all concern for patients I was recently admitted as an emergency through a hospital. They immediately put me on a drip and oxygen Next thing I was in the hospital ward - where I stayed for five days I have a classic comprehensive policy which covers me fully in hospital DISCOVERY HAVE REFUSED TO PAY FOR A BIO FIRE TEST PRETTY DISGUSTING AS THIS DIAGNOSED ON HOW TO TREAT ME Several calls to discovery, several reference number yet no one gets back to one - with the exception of the answer CLAIM REJECTED Apparently these days, I've heard through the g****vine that discovery are rejecting numerous claims They seem to be looking after their back pocket yet they have skyrocketed their premiums over a period of time DISCOVERY YOU JUST DONT CARE ANY MORE SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR DIRECTORS WHO EARN MILLIONS IN SALARY PER YEAR All funded from premiums of course Times are tight and tough for the small man And perhaps more difficult for pensioners like myself SHAME IN YOU DISCOVERY HEALTH
I am beyond furious- just received a bit of a threatening phone call from Ampath Laboratories debtor department. I was admitted as an emergency to hospital, spent 5 days there I am out of my medical aid self payment gap and in anycase I'm 100% covered whilst during hospital I've been continuously harassed by Ampath I was given 14 days to settle their account It should be noted that Discovery medical aid has rejected certain of this company's claims I phoned Discovery several times, waited up2 50 minutes on a phone call and eventually got a reference number The attitude of Ampaths debt collector was beyond rude - made me feel as though I had stolen a fortune It should be noted that I am a survivor of 40 plus operations NEVER EVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS I understand people want to be paid for their services- but as a hospital admission with full medical aid I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HOUNDED LIKE THIS perhaps if the person had spoken in a nicer manner I wouldn't be writing this review Be the above as it may the actual people who took blood in hospital were very nice
NERVANA CONTRACTORS and CONSTRUCTION Fence contractor in Phoenix, I've dealt with many contractors during my life. These people are EXCEPTIONAL, totally professional They paved my driveway, a four day job. The owner Ravi is a true professional as is his team They are reliable and very fair with pricing. They brought all the professional machinery, compactor etc at no additional charge Finished the job on time, cleaned the site Aside from being respectful Ravi kept his word throughout, even went out of his way to assist with a little something else I unfortunately landed up in hospital but the job was done to perfection in my absence VERY RARE TO FIND SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY THESE DAY
Lifestyle shopping center- Bruce Renkin I fail to understand the mindset of the above mentioned thoughtless little man Woolworths food store is 1 of the most popular shops in the center FOR YEARS I have been pleading, BEGGING for a 2nd disabled parking outside that shop I even, some time back offered to pay for the yellow paint Now all of a sudden TWO PARKINGS have been demarcated & cordoned off for Woolworths click and collect I think it's pretty despicable & disgusting that little bruce feels that disabled people in his tiny mind have not standing in society (I have many more descriptive words re that thing but am biting my tongue) Being above as it may THERE ARE SOME FABULOUS RETAIL SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS IN THE CENTER This review is about the OWNER of the shopping center and does not reflect on the wonderful tenants
The system looks great, the installers are fabulous, neat, clean, respectful There was a little blip during installation fixed by Peter their electrician the following day Unfortunately can't say the same for the salesman Tyrone I need completion of the installation. Have their funds of final percentage, just waiting for electrical certificate, drone video etc. Been begging to pay Have written to Tyrone several times with no response from him or anyone else. Today no historical data coming from app The Solarvest system is not inexpensive I'm beginning to feel because mine is a starter system doesn't get the attention of mega expensive installations
I'm beyond fed up with paying a premium for Russell Hobs appliances I bought 7 expensive tower fans a while back, only one works now I bought- once again an expensive - mister fan. The other day a blade broke off while it was running. Someone cld have been badly hurt. In addition it's nonsensical for them to have a wire grate as obviously will rust with the misting Sheer stupidity not to have a decent good quality plastic grass This is not the end of my dissatisfaction Bought a kettle/toaster combination. S Just out of warranty The toaster now doesn't work With the Russell Hobs appliances I worked out cost me a whopping +- R10000 (ten thousand rand) Do these people now make inferior products, some years back the product was reliable and lasted beyond guarantee period Pretty disgusting
