I was migrated to VOX & they promised to come change modem in the house and to date they haven’t. My network hasn’t been working since Wednesday 23rd and I called I was promised a technician will come and I have been calling each day to follow up. They gave me reference no VOX19507453 And each time I call I am told the call agent don’t have a view or access to scheduled technician. So I don’t understand how are they managing or ensuring efficiency in such. I was forced migrated to VOX from SADV and I have had the worst service since. They send me email in September that a technician will come to my place for somethng and I was given time. Till today, that technician never pitched.
An agent by the name of Jean Marais, ERA Sandton North. A racist, discriminating person I have ever come across. I called him on 31st Jan for commercial property while going to Angola, and he told me he is busy. on the 8th called and said he will call me back then started avoiding my calls. then on the 9th I still called asking to view the property from a different number as he was avoiding my other number. then he asked my license to give me access, I send with a whatsapp number which is not the number im using then he came back to me informing me that his landlord is not happy about me using two different numbers. this is after he asked me if I have a company with a bank statement after I've been talking to him from last week. he is insinuating that I am fraud because I am an Accountant and Personal Trainer at the same time because he said he is not happy with that part of my life. He did not even give me a chance to view the property.
I walked into the restaurant last night Monday at 20:55 & I was told I can’t sit in, I have to order take away as the restaurant is closing in 30 min. Which I didn’t have issues with however there was 3 tables that got seated and served meals while waiting for my take away. I felt discriminated by how I was dressed by the employees of this restaurant & their treatment was so terrible. I also had to wait another 10 min after I received my food to pay as the waiter keep prioritising those customers he sat after he told us we can’t sit Also
I have been buying Platters from Tzaneen Nandos. Thursday I bought 2 Full Chickens, Friday I bought 4 Platters and Saturday I bought 1 platter and Sunday (today) I bought 2 platters. I have been getting bad service each day. As I was making my orders telephonically, I always got to the store to find my order not even been partially prepared. I had to be in store for them to prepare my order all the time. It’s so disappointing that I spend extra 45 min in the store waiting for an order I made an hour prior. Basically I’ve been waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes for an order each day. So disappointed with Nandos. I am not happy whatsoever
