It's been weeks and non of the mangers or anyone have contact me to ask sorry for treating me like I'm dirt in there shop but hey I moved on an still see this women there and she still have this ugly ways on treating the customers in the store .......
I have wrote an complain about spar but never to or called me to apologized for there staff attitude I have gone there again in the week and this cashier still was this ugly attitude towards people and her ways of talking and treating people isn't sitting right with me and I avoid this cashier everytime I got there .......
To whom it may concern I have been a customer at this spar for very long time I have had a very bad experience that this spar not to long ago a woman there at spar I'm not going to mentioned her name she is a casher was so rude to me whiles she have an ugly attitude whiles I have ask her for assistance and never ever did I feel so belittled by this cashier I hope and trust that she will go for an customer training course how to treat your clientele.........she been carrying a her stinky attitude with her for years and I'm glad that I have forgiven her but I had to share what I experience at the spar ...
There chicken is wet and always red and half fried and the customer service is wack thy have no way to work with customers even the cook at the back are always moody with the cashers also .....mmmmm thy let you feel so small when you talk to them a dead look in there eyes I want go back to kfc anymore.......not any branch even if it's the last Frenchies on the world ........I have been writing on here not even the manager not even the top who there workers works under to reach and to apologize to me . Now you can see where this kind of treatment comes from shame on yoll.............I would even recommend kfc to my worst enemy even if I don't have any.
I don't have want to give them any stars kfc isn't good as it use to be way back in the days been at a branch in cape town close to food *****s mart. The service was so unprofessional the cashers and even the fryer have an stinking attitude that skrik for nothing I want even send my worst energy to then because of there food is raw and their service stinks ...........I think thy need to go training to work with people even customers because thy have no client Intel how to treat there customer so disappointed of there services......Yoll should be checking up on your stores shame on you.
While these KFC people response to my complain about there workers just shows there worker is getting there stingy attitude from the head of the business........whiles the head isn't *****ed on properly the body isn't and won't work wright so now you can see why things isn't going perfect because the body can't work the way it show because of how the head is ....I'm so sorry to see how others are treating a customer sorry sad
I went to this KFC in Cape Town at 24 Hans sirijdom was served by this rude and arrogant teller that gave me ugly attitude whiles I was supporting them the hole day by using there services the whole day by buying not 1 meal but more then 1 like up to 10 to 15 meals at 1 time but being so disrespected was only an underline wow when I asked them about my order thy gave me attitude and spoke in there language in Xhosa and laughed me out in my face ......and seeing this unprofessional services I told them I'll report them and thy laughed and spoke in there language again and again whiles I asked what thy are saying thy just keep on giving me attitude this lady KEENAN AND HER FELLOW WORKERS LET ME WAIT FOR ME FOOD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND AN HALF WHILES THY HELPING THERE PEOPLE WHILES ITS MY 1ST TIME GOING THERE AND IT WILL BE MY LAST......A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I'm rewriting a review seems like thy don't care about the situation how there workers treats there customers and seeing how this manger treats people and seeing how she treats her working also that's unprofessional and she needs to go back on training how to treat there customers even thou I don't believe in a customer is always right but in this case she need to be called in to there office.... . To whom it may concern.... Hey I'm a valid customer at hungry in parow valley.... The store in parow center. While I was on the road picking up my mother I made a turn at promenade mall in Mitchell's plain to get food for us to break our fast and what an experience I had at that store from the manager with the stinky attitude she had with me and the customers that was waiting patiently for our orders. While it was my 1st time going to that frensize...... People was so disappointed even myself never ever have I felt like that before I will never go back to hungry again because of this women's ways...... I can't remember her name but she is an colored women and worked the night shift I think....... Hungry Lion yoll have lots an valid customer..... A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
I won't recommend anyone to experience what I experienced from them and there staff members.... While I never for an sorry or anything else like that..
