I am giving you till the 12th of Dec to pay back my R362 that you stole from my salary.
So about a week ago my phone broke. I tried logging into my tymebank account to access my savings to get a new phone. turns out they only send the verification to your number for "security reasons" yet I am forced to use another person's number to get access to my account. How secure is that. I managed to place my sim into another device to receive the otp pin, but with logging in with all the necessary verification, I was temporarily locked out of my account. I am now beyond frustrated as there is no physical person to speak to, the tymebank ambassadors can only do but so much and I do understand that they have been trained just to deal with expected situations. I will be escalating this matter to my legal team as I am having to ask fam members for money yet I have money in a my bank account of which I don't have access to.
Interest rates was reduced end May 2025, yet my linked vehicle has not been reduced and we are going into JULY. I suggest that you deduct the discounted R30 for June with the July's premuim. The worse service ever.
I am going to take legal action against old mutual because in a spam of 6 years every year this time a *****ulent account gets open on my persal. I want my R374 back in the next 5 days or I am going to take it further.
Donolo from outsurance I am still waiting on my outcome as Yolanda (sales person) at outsurance gave me wrong information. I requested you to listen to my voice recordings, up until today you have not called me back with an outcome. This is the worse service I got. I am letting you know on this platform as I said Cleary on the call that I am not paying for any extra since you were suppose to get back to me on the 03/02/2025. I see this date as my last day with outsurance. I made that clear on the call as well. I hope someone will get in contact with me soon.
It almost end of Feb and my linked vehicle finance interest rate has not been cut since the rate was cut on Jan 30th 2025. Made contact with Absa to enquire about this, their response was that they in the process to adjust it, so they are going to close the case while my homeloan adjusted rate was already done through absa. This is really bad, I am looking for finance else where, hope u are satisfied.
