Pay me back my money I only received one amount whereas two premium where deducted excluding the third *****ulent one that was also deducted on my December payslip

Please think very hard before taking out a policy from Old Mutual especially Dread disease/ Critical Illness and Disability. I'm especially warning new Police Constables and Soldiers. They are eager to accept your premium but when something happens and you need to claim then they're looking for all reasons not to pay. I now have to pay out of my pocket to get a MRI Scan done to proof to them that I indeed had a stroke I 2018 of which I am getting eye injections since then. Think careful

Good day On 30 December 2023 I visited a branch to request for a withdrawal from my investment policy. A week after I received a message requesting me to submit tax residency form. I therefore went to the branch where I was assisted to complete, scan and email form to the claims department, but when the form was sent the last page was missed. The following week I requested a message still requesting for the tax residency. On 15 January 2024, I went to Springs Branch for the 3rd time now, they found that the form they sent was having page 3 missing. I completed the form again On 19 January 2024 I called Old Mutual customer care. I was told they have received the latest complete tax residency form and it will will escalated for review and was advised to call for a follow-up on 22 January 2024. On 22 January a consultant i spoke to said the system is still showing that I need to submit tax residency form. I told him that the consultant I spoke to on Friday said Old Mutual has received an updated form. I was asked to hold the line till the call dropped-off, later i received an sms saying payment will be process within 3 -5 days

It's been 3 months of trying to access my provident fund money, my company rci is not helping me and I am begging old mutual superfund to please help me. I need the money for urgent medical care an the claims department has just ignored my request for help. Please this is a matter of life and death I need access to my funds please can someone at old mutual superfunds help me.

My name is MJ Serobanyane last month I suffered the same blow by Old Mutual ,I wrote my complaint here they apologized but today on the 26 /11/22 they have deducted their premium which is supposedto be deducted on the last day of the month.I do not know whether they care for clients because this money was the money for something before month end so what must I do now is painful because there is nothing that I can do it doesn't matter to them

Recently took a R1 million life cover for myself and i have never received any paper work confirming my policy. Ontop of that when i logged in to check my policy i discovered that i am my own beneficiary, in my own policy. How do consultants do such? Why doesn't the system pick it up? If i were to die my loved one's will have the burden of running up and down at high courts to get letter of authority. I need this fixed.
