My name is MJ Serobanyane i app**** for a personal loan on the 13 may 2025 online and I did get any feedback on the status of that account so decided to to call on the status of the loan. I called nedbank to apply through the consultant which I did because there was no feedback on the one online. We did all the documentation , the following day I received an email saying my personal loan was declined , I didn't get feedback from the one on online. I went to another institution and was helped. As I still did not get feedback from the online application I thought it didn't go through. No calls or any forms of communication. On the 19/05/2025 at 14h00 I received a message saying my personal loan has been approved and it will reflect in my account soon. I started to call nedbank to enquire but I was taken pillar to past. The following day I called nedbank to find out about the money that was deposited. I was then advised to return the money which has created a problem of administration charges which I was not told about , I was provided with banking details. I deposited the personal loan money on the 20/05/2025. Now today I'm being told to pay the administration fees and two other installments I'm suppose to pay. All this was caused by their negligence and their failure to communicate effectively with me
My name is MJ Serobanyane a week ago I contacted this business because the service for my car was due and it is my first time to use their service. I received a confirmation to go ahead with the service though at first I was told that I need to pay two premiums which were behind if I still can recall the one was for March 2023 but I rep**** by saying I did not remember being behind.For normal circumstances if I was behind indeed why they took so long because I have a debit order in place or if may be there no funds why they did not inform their client. Today I took the car for service I was not help because they needed to know whether they will receive their payment after the service if not my car will not be released. I went back and called MVIA INSURE ,they told me to send the itemized quotation I send it round past eleven (11) but until now I have not receive it.I wonder how many elderly people like me who are going through this.If possible how about refunding my money so that I can arrange for my service.
Good night my name is MJ Serobanyane I am a client for this company for long time but i am disappointed about what they have just send me concerning the debit order which is supposed to go on the last day of the month but they told me that it will go earlier between the 15 and 23 of this month their reason being the public holidays.I am not having any company where may be you will find money anywhere where do they expect me to get the money from they do not have the interest of clients at heart.
My name is MJ Serobanyane last month I suffered the same blow by Old Mutual ,I wrote my complaint here they apologized but today on the 26 /11/22 they have deducted their premium which is supposedto be deducted on the last day of the month.I do not know whether they care for clients because this money was the money for something before month end so what must I do now is painful because there is nothing that I can do it doesn't matter to them
My name is MJ Serobanyane I wrote about the bad service that I experienced from ADT Security some days ago but they promised me that their Social Media Officer will call me but it has never happened.I am so disappointed I didn't expect this behaviour from a big company like ADT.This is how people whom you trust does to its customers .
My name is MJ Serobanyane a client of ADT since 2008 i called these company concerning my battery which was malfunctioning they came and replaced it.According to the Tax Invoice B 57003 which I signed I was to pay the amount stated on the invoice in two installments but on the 31/10 22 they deducted the whole amount in full.The technician who came to replaced the battery can testify about this.Today I called their office in Bloemfontein concerning this and related the whole whole story but I was promised that someone will call me no feedback so far.
Good day my name is MJ Serobanyane I called Absa Homeloan Insurance concerning the leaking pipe in my yard .It was around past nine in the morning not sure of the exact time but around past nine or to ten ,I was given claim number.I called again around 13h42 in the afternoon I related my story again with no luck as I write this is around 17h20 still no luck no one contacted me .
My name is MJ Serobanyane I have policies with this institution for a long time.I made clear to them that I am no longer getting my money on the 15th but on the last day of the month but today the 29th of the month they have deducted their premium unfortunately they took the money tha they were not supposed to take their's was comi6 on the last day of the month.They have messed up my plan.What am I supposed to do now because the money that they decided to deduct is supposed to go somewhere.
I bought an Explora from them five months ago but things did not go well.To cut the story shot they took their product but they are still deducting even on the 31/05/22 they did but I managed to reverse the one for yesterday and the one for April.They are owing me two premiums.MJ Serobanyane
Morning my name is Malineo two weeks ago I had a problem with my car & Liquid Capital provided me with road assistance and I was asked to forwarded some documents for my refund which I did.I was told last week that I will get my money this last Friday even today there is no money.This morning I called Liquid Capital but someone said she is going direct my call to customer care which did after I told her that I used my last money for the call shehelped me by calling me back and I was greatful for that.After directling my call to customer care I hold & I was asked to give the number that I wanted to be called & I give my cell number , after giving the number the call was cut I thought I was going to be called again it did not happen until I decided to write to hello Peter because every time as clients we are left frustrated by the people whom we thought will always help us.I do not know how will I wait for the money that I was promised.
