This is not a proper rehab, this guy is running a ****. When I got to the Midrand rehab it looked like a dirty farm, the food is absolutely disgusting and the counsellors are not in the least experienced to deal with recovering addicts. What makes it worse is I was there for 4 days and they claimed the full 21 days from my medical aid and heard them talkin about how much money they made off the clients that day and had a good laugh. Please this guy Gibson is **** artist. He also does some wierd step 6 hypnosis, sounds like a cult. This is really sad because people need help and they operate under the pretence of a rehab but they actually not.
It's been 3 months of trying to access my provident fund money, my company rci is not helping me and I am begging old mutual superfund to please help me. I need the money for urgent medical care an the claims department has just ignored my request for help. Please this is a matter of life and death I need access to my funds please can someone at old mutual superfunds help me.
I opened up a ***** case with standard bank and was pleasantly surprised to get a call and and be advised that i will be refunded the amount within 24 hours, after 24 hours i called the call centre i had not recieved anything yet only to be told it takes 5 to 7 working days. I am mad becuase based of the information of within 24 hours i made promises to people that i cant keep. I am waiting and waiting for a team leader to come and speak to on the phone however have been on hold for 15 minutes i do not think they are coming back to me they want me to hang up. How can you advise on a time frame and get it completly wrong and then be told if its not in your account in 7 days call again, do they not all work for the same company, is it one company many different policies, standard bank get your act together your customer services reps do not know what they are doing and yes right now they expect me to hang up by keep me on hold not cool.
Today another traumatic experience with Uber South Africa and reminded me no matter how many discounts uber give me not to use them. Yet another rude driver that almost injured my 5 year old boy uber driver name came up Thembani Dd82fbGP silver toyota avanza , johannesburg, he was the driver that accepted my trip to pick us up at the KFC in my area to take us home, when he arrived he parked far away from us which was not a issue as we started walking towards him in the parking, however as we walked to him he indicated something with his hands and from what i understood he was also telling us to come over which we were already doing, the moment i agreed with him he told me , while my 5 year old was climbing in the back seat to get another evening and starting pull out of the parking lot, MY SON STILL TRYING TO CLIMB OUT THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR,,,,I DONT KNOW WHY OR WHAT HAPPENED WE WERE IN SHOCK, we did nothing wrong this Thembani almost caused serious injury to my 5 year old....I will once again never use this service again, not all the drivers are like this, but this behavior is only known to uber drivers, you need to do screening cause this is attempted ******
I am a single mom of two children playing catch up with my bills, when I lost my job in February I also lost our internet as it was paid for and provided by my previous company. Rain is the most affordable internet that I could afford three months ago and so far I have not had any problems with the service provider, 5g with a modem for R479 for three months what a bargain. Thank you for making this option available to me and my children, for there education, entertainment and my working needs #win for the kids and me.
Cell c gives you emergency airtime service is supposed to help you, when you recharge to pay it back it doesn't deduct the correct amount that you owe instead it's says you owe more. Is this a trap, recharge and remain in the minus, I have always struggled with bad signal now this emergency airtime eating my money. I owed R69, recharged with R50 but still owe R47. How many R1 are they keeping. The agent has me on hold , I wonder will she come back! The agent came back to me telling that in order to solve my query today we must go back 30 days to solve a query for today. Tendani the agent went through all my recharges for the past 30 days to explain why I owe more than what I took. This is absolutely absurd. I can count . Do not use the emergency cell c airtime guys it's a trap
On Friday I took my kids for breakfast at the lone wolf spur in randpark ridge Johannesburg. I was treated so badly by the waitress . She took our order and it took 30 minutes for the food to arrive and she was nowhere in site while waiting on the food, when our meals arrived I asked why it took so long she shouted at me told me the sausage took long then she rushed away. My plate was hot the food was ice cold. There were eggshells on top of my egg. I turned around to call her and she was gone. I waited a couple of minutes for her to reappear and she did not. I went and looked for the manager and the manager replace my food for me. The waitress resurfaced and came to the table told me that she is always around and she will pay for my food. I told her I wasn't there for free food but she shouted over me and spoke to me like a child. I was so appalled by her behaviour I asked to not deal with her anymore, we always have good service at this spur before but after what happened last Friday I will go elsewhere. I was told management would call me, I guess they just said that out of sheer formality, the service in this country is going down the toilet. I even left that rude girl her tip but who cares I am just one customer they don't care about loosing
I recharge my phone airtime last night at 1145am. The money is out of my account and the airtime is not loaded on my phone number. Today I called cell c call centre, omw I got three agents from the same company that told me three different things , hell the last agent swore at me in his language after I revealed he was the third agent I spoke to and has not told be a different thing. He asked me what did the other agents tell me I refused to tell him then he said he will not help me after already telling me he can't help me I must go to my bank. I want to rate that call 0 but he kept me on the phone till I hung up so I don't rate the call. I am leaving cell c I know customer service is poor across most platforms but there are so many unemplyed people that can do that job a lot better than people that treat customers the way cell c treats there client. You guys can have that money you took I will go elsewhere, your network sucks anyway
I write this to platinum life as I am actually complaining about a company that belongs to you. Besige breintjies has given more aweful service. They claim to exchange broken tablets devices,but instead lie . I am not being treated fairly. My neighbour and I had the same complaint one day apart, Infact made the complaint on my neighbours behalf , she has recieved her replacement the same week and I am told they are out of stock. Please can some at the company help me I want a replacement of this broken tablet
I am getting real dodgy service from this company. I am on tablet number 4 waiting for it to be replaced again because it broke again. My neighbour and I both are members and our complaints were one day apart. She recieved her replacement tablet the same week of her complaint I am still waiting on mine. I called there customer care , the women tells me they out of stock, I tell how is that possible my neighbour recieved her replacement so that was the last one, she basically told me anything to get me off the phone and told me they treat all clients the same, I guess she never knew I had all that information about my neighbour. They have always brought me a new tablet and then collected the old one. Now they want the old one and my baby has no tablet and I am paying for something I don't have. Perhaps they want to fix the very tablet I complained about and bring it back to me. Very strange service from this company be careful people
