Either very disorganised, or downright dishonest.
Take orders (for example order 11208) and don't communicate. They don't send the order in the time promised, and ignore e-mails sent to them to query the status of the order. Not recommended.

Be carefull if you buy from Solar Supply
Solar Supply sell products on their web site which they do not have, and know that they cannot get. They then fail to refund the money that you have paid. A month on, I don't have the product I bought for nearly 30k, they freely admin that they can't get it, and yet they wont refund the money I paid. They are still selling this item on their web site.

Geewiz charges you a fee when they ***** up
Ordered an IP telephone from them - they sent the wrong item, so I returned it. Apparently it was my fault that I ordered the wrong item, because their listing picture and description was different to their product code. According to Geewiz, I should have checked the product code, and ignored the listing picture and description. And then they charged me 15% return fee because I had opened the box! Never buying anything from these con artists again.

Poor customer service
<div>I bought an inverter and battery from Solar Advice, along with installation. They quickly dispatched the equipment, then a few days later said that they could only do the installation in six weeks. I've sent multiple e-mails since then, and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to them. When you call them they just say that the sales team don't do installation bookings, and they can't help. So now I'm stuck with some really big, expensive boxes that I can't do anything with. Very disappointed.</div>
