Poor customer service, no reply to emails, I am at their headquarters in midrand to fix a credit that should have been reflecting on my statement from the November 2024. It is now October 2025. I have been here for over an hour now to no assistance.
I did a quote online, I was then phoned by a lovely lady by the name of Sibongile Losaba. She then went through the questions with me, not forgetting to call me Ntate😊. The result was a cheaper premium and better understanding of the policy cover.
I needed to update my car registration, I just selected, all me back on the Prime App, and a lovely lady by the name of Nobuhle helped me within a space of three minutes. I also had questions for her which are not in her department but she was able to explain to my satisfaction.
This actually makes me doubt if my cars will be recovered. I have one unit installed and I was trying to get another unit for my second car. I booked as per online procedures and confirmed via WhatsApp a day before. On the day of the fitment, no technician dispatched. Then I phoned the planning number. The first lady, Nompumelelo, placed me on hold for over 20min. I phoned again. Spoke to Aviwe, who told me she doesn't have my booking. When I tried to give her the work order number given to me after I had confirmed booking, her line just went silent, next thing I am back to Nompumelelo. In all this frustration the next person on the line was Lerato. She managed to get me another booking on the same day. She was helpful however I was not happy with how the other ladies felt with this call.
Was assisted by Kaelin. He was quick to assist. Jo hustle, infact my enquiry was done a few days back, and he advised to change it after my debit date. He remembered to change it after my debit
Was Assisted by Molebogeng. Very passionate and patient person. When had a series of phine calls but at the end. She was able to give me a favorable premium.
I had asked for a policy to be canceled through WhatsApp. Thanks to Glenda, it only took one text and my issues was resolved
I spoke to customer service. His name is Thabang Mogale. The guy was lazy to assist me, he reffed me without even checking the problem on his side. When I insisted, he then said he is trying to check. Placed me on hold for minutes then came back as if he is taking a new call. He was hoping I was gone I am sure. He then asked for my numbers. Nothing was done.
I was assisted by Glenda. Super friendly and helpful. She made my queries seem like no challenge and easy. Thank you Glenda.
My mother has a Ford Ranger, she first too it for service at Ford Brits, the first stole one of the bin hook covers. The second time she took the car in for service the broke the passenger side mirror. We went back, they denied, ultimately when when we asked the to review their CCTV footage they now had nothing to say. The way they treat their customer, you'd even doubt that they really do the service on your car. This rating is actually Zero.
