We placed an order on the 10th of Jan 2019 and received the package within 21 days. We had to call Telkom to send someone to set us up. Firstly, one gets annoyed by the time you hold just to speak to a consultant, I had to hold for 25 minutes. Asked for them to send a consultant, they sms'd my husband a line/number. I took a day off on the 29th Jan as they confirmed to someone, the morning of the 29th at 8:24am they cancelled coz apparently the line they allocated to us is for Halfway House and not Noordwyk. We let one week pass waiting for Telkom to call, I had to call again and hold for another 25 odd minutes on the 6th Feb and they allocated a consultant to come on the 9th. Took another day off, the guy came at 10:30 spent close to 4hours trying to find a line. Later he told me that he has done everything and was at the last stage of getting (voice/data) but it's not set up therefore he needs to log another call for Telkom "Commission" dept or something along those lines, for them to issue voice or data whatever that is called. It's going to be a month on Sunday since we placed this order and we're still not connected. We haven't event started using their services but it shows what kind of service one will be getting from this supplier.
I paid my daughters December fees in error, the fees are paid from Jan to Nov. After noticing this which was on the 4th of Dec, I brought it to the Schools Finance Department attention. Since the 4th till now I haven't been refunded. I've been sending e-mails almost everyday, calling the school as well with no luck. I went to the school on the 22nd Jan 2018 in the morning to query this and spoke to Mrs Robertson who promised to come back to me the same day but failed to do so. On the 23rd Jan my husband phoned the school and was told by Mrs Robertson that the money was paid on the 22nd and will reflect on the 26th. I phoned on the 23rd and spoke to Gwen in Finance to find out if all this is true and she said it's a lie as she is still waiting for Head Office to authorize the payment. They've been waiting for authorisation since the 4th December. In December I was told that before they close school on the 15th they would have paid which was a lie. On the 12th Jan I phoned and spoke to Vuyo who told me that the releaser will be in on the 15th and will do the necessary then, which never happened. I'm being made a fool each day by both the Finance people and the Secretary of the Principal Mrs Robertson. When I phoned on the 23rd I asked to speak to the principal seeing that they are not taking this matter seriously and was told that he is busy and will be give me a call. It's not 3:51pm on the 23rd and I haven't received a call from the Principal.
Today the 31st January after vising my doctor, I went to Clicks in Sanridge Midrand to get my prescription. Both my sons were diagnosed and we had to go buy medication. I waited close to 30 minutes as this pharmacist was capturing my script, my 3 year old son dropped a bottle of medicine. Immediately after that happened I told this pharmacist without any questions or arguments that she must add the broken medicine to my bill. She then gave me a roll of paper towel to clean the broken medicine. So this means Clicks doesn't have cleaner to do such a job, I had to clean Clicks Floors because my 3yr old son accidentally broke the medicine. I feel humiliated and disrespected as a customer, it shows that these days service providers have become cheeky and have forgotten what providing a service is all about.
Being the first in line I still had to wait to be assisted. Sophy stood there chatting to Amanda while i waited for her to get my order. Thereafter Amanda loudly said \she is helping customers first then will attend to me
I placed a bulk order of 208 napkins with Shihir, made full payment in December and still waiting for my order.<br> He is bad in keeping a customer informed, I had to phone him most of the times asking about my order, even before being invoiced, I had to phone him to remind him to send the invoice. Now that I have paid he said it takes two weeks for shipment to be sent to the Store near me which is in Carlswald. I phone him beginning of January asking when my order will arrive and he said in two weeks. I phoned on the 29th Jan and he said he was about to call me to find out if the store has contacted me. I decided to go to the store without informing him when I got there I was told that they never received my order and Shihir phoned them immediately after I spoke to him to ask if they cant source out napkins from the other Mr Price Home stores. I have a wedding I'm preparing for, they are delaying my order. I was promised that things will be shipped but now they are sourcing stock from the other stores. This is unprofessional and a bad service. They should advance their online shopping because I tried purchasing these online but the order couldn't go through because of the quantity.
