Please share Faulty Repair and Request for Refund Tropical Appliance Repairs Access Pvt LTD No 13 Hunter Street Kempton Park Johannesburg Website www.refrigrationappliancerepair.co.za Email tropicalrefrigerationelectric@gmail.com Head Office Cell: 0723494747 Other Branches Cell: 0785315292 All emails and WhatsApp's regarding this issue just get ignored. They don't respond to Hello Peter as well. See the number of bad reviews and complaints against them on Hello Peter I noticed that my Defy dishwasher was leaking water, so on Friday, 27/12/2024, I filled out an enquiry form on their website. Within 20 minutes, I received a call from their team, confirming that a technician would be sent out in the morning. However, they arrived at 1 PM. Upon arrival, the technician tilted the machine and removed the bottom plate. He diagnosed the leak as being caused by the pump, although he mentioned that Defy pumps are generally reliable, and suggested that something like a toothpick may have caused the issue. The technician replaced the pump but failed to secure the *****s on the bottom plate, simply clipping it back into place. After repositioning the machine, they ran a short cycle and confirmed that no water was leaking from the bottom or front. I was charged R2,846.00 for the pump and R450.00 for labour with a six-Month guarantee. However, on 30/12/2024, I noticed the dishwasher was still leaking water. I contacted their company and was told someone would visit either that afternoon or the following morning, but no one showed up. We then investigated the issue ourselves and found that the leak was caused by a tear or hole in the drainpipe, not the pump. I sent WhatsApp messages and emails requesting a refund for the unnecessary pump replacement, but I have not received any response to date.

Good day, I hope you're well. I'm writing regarding my Netflorist order (No: 108243283) for 100 white roses in a basket. I need to address an issue that's been on my mind. When I first visited the website on Saturday, November 30, I saw the bouquet listed at R429.95 (I’m quite sure this was the price at the time), with an additional R89.95 for delivery, bringing the total to R519.90. I assumed this price was part of a Black Friday promotion. Later that afternoon, when I returned to show a friend the same bouquet, it was no longer available, and I thought it had sold out. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any screenshots of the listing at the time of purchase. However, I was shocked when I reviewed my credit card statement and noticed an unexpected charge of R4929.95 for the bouquet I ordered for my cousin. I failed to double-check my receipt and the authorization in my online banking app, which left me stunned at the amount charged, equating to roughly R40.00 to R50.00 per rose. I raised this concern with Netflorist, and they rep**** stating they had verified the website, confirming that the pricing displayed there was correct. Kind regards, Leon Pretorius
I have been trying to cancel a funeral policy since last November 2023. They gave me an email address to send the cancellation request form to which I did on 28 December 2023, giving 30 days notice. To date they still deduct the premium from my check account per debicheck on the 1st monthly. I sent emails to their cancellation, customer service and complaints departments but no response. Only the automated reply that they received the email. L Pretorius
