Friday afternoon @ 3pm i receive an email stating that the complex is in financial distress , this has been an out going fight for the last 4 years. To send an email knowing you close at 3pm on a Friday afternoon with contents that are a huge worry is really convenient. Do you not think that i will worry the entire weekend as to where this complex stands and this is not the first time you have done this.
Quick, easy, friendly staff, they went out of their way to assist me.
Once again I have no option but to point out how unprofessional Trafalgar Managing Agents are. I have been begging for some sort of feedback since the beginning of Jan for some sort of indication as to when my leaking roof will be looked at not to mention the videos and pictures that have been sent numerous times to them of the water damage this has caused in my unit, cupboards are at the point of falling off the walls. A trustee meeting was held in the beginning of June I have sent countless emails and phone calls to see what was the outcome of that meeting, to date I am still waiting for their feedback. You cannot get an answer out of these guys but they will email you to inform you that your levies will be going up. Sick and tired!!!!! And before you ask again, the complex is The West.
All email requests have been ignored to cancel my membership, you try and call the accounts department and no one answers and if they do they just put the phone down. I want my membership cancelled.
Trafalgar has to be one of the worst organisations I have dealt with. My property registered in March last year 2021 to date I am up to date with my levies, on Friday I got an email stating that my 0 balance is no longer 0 and I now owe them R9379.82, no breakdown as how they got to this amount just that I apparently owe them this amount. Trafalgar took over in March 2021 my property registered in March 2021 from day 1 all levies have been paid, after trying to call them, leaving messages from 1 person to another and sending numerous emails I got a response to say that the amount was calculated by an independent auditor, I have requested the independent auditors details and the financials on the complex, I am still waiting. the funny thing is this is a new development and the developer should have paid all levies up to date before transfer but no it seems that did not happen. If someone had called this would be a different story and I would not have to write a review for people to take notice. This is day light robbery.
TITC SA has to be once of the worst fibre companies. From day 1 it has been an issue to get the fibre working and there as been numerous hardware issues. There is a small yellow cable that leads to the back of the black box which broke and the green clip also broke, TITC sent out their technicians who did not know what the issue was. Finally the unit came back but I still had major connectivity issues, no invoice was emailed to me nor did they inform me upfront what the charges would be, little to my knowledge that cost me an extra R950. I have no problem paying but you need to at least invoice or inform your client of the extra charges. I have emailed the CEO and to date I have not had a response back. This is day light robbery and people need know what they are in for before you sign up with TITC SA.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Unbelievable service, merchandise packaged beautifully, leggings are so comfortable. Orders are incredibly fast and customer care is amazing.
