I have had the worst service at Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof , I first took my car in for service in October 2024, Nishelle Naicker was my service advisor , after collecting the car after sevice , I drove home but could smell oil when I open the vents , she had given me her card , I called her to ask if it’s normal to smell oil , she says yes, because the car was just worked on … I must call if it persists … on Monday I called again and she said if it’s inconsistent then I should not worry , I couldn’t understand the explanation of what it could be, she also mentioned that it would be pointless because if I bring the car and they find nothing wrong they will charge me for looking at the car… and she mentioned by the way that my brakes might need change she forgot to mention it on Friday because she had a busy day and didn’t want to keep my car any further because I was already complaining about my car not being attended to for a full day … she also mentioned it was a very busy day for her. The smell persisted on and off until I pick up there was oil drops were I packed , I made a booking, Mark was my service advisor , I share my complaint about this , he went to have a chat with Nishelle while I was there clearly she denied and Mark told me that it was long after the service, this might not be related … he will strip the car diagnose and advise I was told that only my fuel hose were leaking and everything els was okay, four days after taking back the car, I got an engine light , drove to Mercedes , they diagnosed the car and told me the thermostat was faulty but I can drive the car home and bring it in the next day if which I did. I was handed over to Nishelle Naicke again after specifically asking not to work with her again… she did not disappoint, she off the bat advise that my insurance was going to decline my claim, but she will claim anyway, after then not another word from her , nothing on Tuesday , followed up she **** to her service manager while I was listen on the call she said she responded to the insurance whe the insurance confirmed that they were waiting for pictures from her , Wednesday nothing , Thursday nothing until my constantly calling and nagging on Friday I was given my car, immediately after leaving the dealership I get a deep that the bonnet of the car is not closed , the driver ‘s number was the only number that got answered he asked me to drive back so that he could help me but I was on the freeway and couldn’t turn back, had to wait for my partner at the nearest garage. on Saturday morning while driving out another notification on the car “ check coolant and by the way my tyre pressure is also faulty” I regret the day I chose that dealership to take my car . Obviously I am a black woman no one takes my complaints seriously they are just pushed under the carpet and they are waiting for Nishelle to tell her side , maybe she will respond whe she is back from leave .
A few months ago I logged a complaint against MTN for a fraudulent debit order against my name , they advised me that it was investigated and there was no trace of fraud …. Yesterday I received a call from Carmen Khan regarding my online application received by MTN !!!!!! I DO NOT HAVE OR WANT TO HAVE ANY CONTRACT WITH MTN!!! I REPEAT MTN STAFF MEMBERS ARE USING OUR DETAILS FRAUDULENTLY…. DOES THE POPIA NOT APPLY AT MTN ???????? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE!!!!
Virgin active accounts services is the absolute worst , I have been promised that a manager will call me and nothing happens , do I need to mention people’s names on Social media for some supervisor to contact me??? Their system was hacked last year they double debited my account . I called them to advise they told me their systems were switched off for security reasons but they will fix the error as soon as possible… now they r telling me that I owe them the amount since March/ April last year… I have been the one pro actively calling and sending proof of the debit order and asking for help… now they can’t even help me with cancelling my membership due to this appalling service 😡😡😡😡
MTN is absolutely useless, I initiated a fraud call to them after discovering that they listed on ITC that I have a contract with them WHICh I DO NOT HAVE!!!!! They do not even bother to investigate they tell me that there is no fraud decree with the contract but they keep trying to debit my account???? Why ??? You are billing the wrong person!!!!! I have asked them for a copy of the contract to avail , because they are very well aware that the details do not match. They asked for a copy of my ID, proof of address and signatures which I am now afraid they did not have before they will now use them illegally on their illegal contract, where can we report this disgusting fraud that their staff members are doing and MTN is protecting …. I will not and refuse to pay for your mistakes !!!!!!
No one from Cell C is responding to my complaint, they just acknowledge and tell you they will come back to me. I cancelled my contract with them but they say I owe them when I call , they tell me that I don’t have a contract with but they won’t remove my name from ITC , are guys even serious about service???????? Nthabiseng Uhutu, you promised that you this will be sorted and nothing as yet since March ??????????????
MTN has been fraudulently debiting my account I have sent emails and called but no one can help me, I do not have any contracts with MTN and have never applied for an MTN contract , Matilda Dlamini fromMTN customer care promised to come back to since 3 May 2021, I have heard nothing … this is fraud
A revived a fraudulent application vetting from Vodacom, I have not ordered anything from Vodacom , I called customer care and they are telling me that it was ordered by likeminds but they cannot cancel or stop the order because it was not initiated by Vodacom.., I am report a fraudulent transaction but I am being sent from pillar to post !!!!!

MTN is debiting my account unlawfully, I have never or even ever will have an MTN contract but there are busy trying to debit my account every month with different amounts , I have logged a complaint and no one comes back to me… ????
