<div>It is disappointing how this Pick n Pay want to get away with not charging the client the price on the shelf. Happened to me the shower gel was priced R44.99 on shelf and scanned R86.99 at the till. The manager refused to let me pay the price on the tag and offered for me to pay the "cost price" of R59.99 which I refused. I then said let me rather take a refund, which they did. This manager gets away with it as it happened to me before at the same store, I lodged a complaint at pnp customer centre, not sure if they are addressing the complaints but he did it again.</div>
Not a good experience. I suspect they working with med aids to make patients pay portions of the bill. Authorisation for the procedure but still I have to pay over R3000 in. Gems ignoring and gaslighting and Netcare squeezing me for payment. No sympathy for the patient. I think they did not do enough to get outstanding amount from. Gems. Very disappointing. Consumers getting poorer. Be careful consumers.
Claims Department. Trying to sort out an unpaid portion to Netcare hospital. Spoke to different operators and wasted lots of airtime. Get different stories, gaslighted. Now there's a problem paying for theatre stock. The whole story points to delaying tactics in bullying me to pay the difference. In Netcare's communication with Medscheme they were told there is no reason for Gems not to pay the account in full and that they will send a payment instruction. Well, the operation was in August 2022 and from November 2022 till now there is a delay and backward and forward 4 months later Netcare wants their money now. They are no longer prepared to communicate with Gems. I now have been threatened with legal action. Hopefully Gems and Netcare is not in cahoots to bully the patients pay to pay shortfalls as both parties are very unsympathetic to my predicament. This is unacceptable treatment. Judging from other reviews patients are being pressurized to pay portions Gems is not prepared to pay.
I always like shopping at Clicks but today I was disappointed in the unfair adverti*****t of prices at the Baywest branch. The price on the shelf was R105 but it scanned R170 for the gold toiletry set in the bag. There was no other price displayed just 2 stickers of R105. The manager Sharon the manager said sorry it's new stock. So she said the price sticker was not available to be placed on the shelf and the customers kept on moving the stock around. She admits it was the correct shelf just that the incorrect sticker was placed in front of the stock, which she moves away from the gift packs to the left items. She continued to pack the 2 gift packs back on the shelf and wouldn't budge although I told her that if the incorrect price is displayed and the price of the item is not available surely I must get the item at the displayed price ? Unfair adverti*****t.
Thank you Gardmed for giving my 83 year old mom's account to Lannco, who added R417 to the amount of R583 so total R1000 from her sassa pension money. I hope you are proud of yourselves. What is the point of having medical aid if you are not prepared to submit the account to the medical aid (without informing the patient) and then hand it over to your associates Lannco for collection (some would call it exploitation). Totally unacceptable and shocking. Very sarcastic employees. Remind me to only deal with people who are fair and know how to deal with clients. Thank you. Will remember this bad experience. Oh... and next time tell your patient you will not be submitting the account to the medical aid and that they will be personally responsible for the account right from the beginning.
Guardmed never submitted invoice to medical aid for the reason that the "medical aids never pay for call out fee", which I do not believe. They were eventually paid for transporting my mom the next day, but the call out fee of the previous day remained outstanding because they never subitted it to the medical aid..The next communication is that the debt collectors are handling the account and that they also demand fees for their services. I am disgusted that I was treated this way by Guardmed. I offered to pay the call out fees minus the debt collectors fees, but they refuse. They are holding me responsible for that fees as well. I will not use their services again. Thank you.
